Electrical machine with radial ventilation ducts formed by spacer bars between the packages of the active sheets. The problem of animal cooling in electrical machines, for example turbo alternators, is usually important, because the more perfectly the heat generated by losses in the machine is dissipated, the smaller the dimensions and weight of the machine, the less the machine is heated is more uniform and the mechanical stresses on individual machine parts caused by uneven heating are also reduced.
It is known that the spacer bars in the radial channels, on which the next active laminated cores forming the channel lean, are made of U- or strip iron in such a way that they open the channel between the in the coils lying in the groove run radially up to the stator bore. However, this arrangement has the major disadvantage that the flow of the air flowing in and out is deflected by <B> 90 '</B> in the air gap, so that significant pressure losses occur.
In order to reduce these losses, the spacer bars were bent at the ends of the air gap in such a way that the air flow is deflected in the direction of rotation of the rotor at the inlet channels, while the bars at the outlet channels are bent against the direction of rotation to discharge the warm air from the air gap into the ducts. However, this design has the disadvantage that in the inlet ducts the air inlet is only improved in the rear half of the air flow (with respect to the direction of rotation), which air flow half sweeps along the curved inlet part of the web.
The front part of the air flow, which enters the air gap from the curved part of the web, is not deflected at all and enters the gap radially. Similar proportions also occur with the outlet channels. The warm air is only properly discharged at the front of the curved bar, so that most of the warm air flows on this side.
At the rear of the webs in the outlet channel, that is between the web and the rear coil, the air flow is only very perfect, because in this half the air enters almost radially and is created outside of the one behind the curved web Air swirl.
In order to overcome these shortcomings, it has been proposed to use two-fold, curved webs in the radial channels, as described above ben. Compared to earlier versions, this construction means a certain improvement in terms of the inlet and outlet conditions, but its disadvantages are that the double webs narrow the channel formed by two adjacent coils in the air gap, thereby significantly impairing the flow of air.
The above-mentioned shortcomings, however, do not have the electrical machine forming the subject of the invention, which is shown for example in FIGS.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, two adjacent laminated cores are held apart by radial webs 10 which, however, between two adjacent coils, which are located in the grooves 1, 2, 3, etc., in the direction of the tooth base against! the air gap does not extend to the slot wedges, so that they do not narrow the duct cross-section at the narrowest point, that is between the wedges 4, 5, 6 etc.
To deflect the direction of the arrow, guide blades 7 are placed in the channels close to the air gap, which bend the air flow in the direction of rotation of the rotor 9. So that neither a sudden narrowing of the cross section nor sharp edges occur in the inlet channel, the wedges that hold the winding are cut so that the course of the inlet channel remains constant. It was also thought that the inlet air should not come into contact with the surfaces of the winding located at the bottom of the slot.
For this reason, the webs 11 (see FIGS. 1 and 3) are arranged in .den axes of the Nu th, which have an elongated wedge shape. As a result, the inlet air is gradually accelerated in the direction of the arrow and significant pressure losses due to sudden changes in cross-section are avoided.
The outlet channels are arranged similarly to the inlet channels, as is shown in dashed lines in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3. Between the coils 2 and 3 located in the grooves, the radial webs 10 are arranged, which end before the narrowest cross-section of the radial channel between the coils at the wedges.
At the ends of the teeth at the air gap, inlet vanes 8 are arranged, which are set so that they deflect the exiting air from the air gap and discharge the air through the radial outlet channels. The wedges of the winding 5 and 6 are again suitably cut so that the continuity of the outlet channels is maintained. In addition, the wedge-shaped webs of the channels 11 (FIGS. 1 and 3) are again arranged in the groove axes.
This is when air escapes from the duct space between the coils 2; and 3 in the space at the yoke of the stator laminations, a sudden change in the cross section is avoided and pressure losses are prevented by the webs acting like a diffuser.
The wedge-shaped webs at the bottom of the groove in the inlet and outlet channels can also be designed like those labeled 1'2 in FIG. 2. In Fig. 3, another embodiment of the guide blades 7 and 8 is shown.
This training of the webs has. other advantages. The friction of the upper surface of the rotor with the air causes the latter to rotate. If the webs are arranged radially in the ducts, this rotation of the air results in significant additional ventilation losses. However, the described webs allow the kinetic energy of the air created by the rotation of the air to be used. The entrained air in the air gap is thrown by means of the blades 8 into the space between the Spu len 2 'and 3 and between the webs 10 and 11 and 12, respectively.
In this space the speed of the exiting air falls slowly, the pressure rises, so that the energy lost through the friction of the rotor with the air in the air gap is mostly used to improve the cooling.
In addition to turbo alternators, the described arrangement of the webs can also be used in other electrical machines and for coolants other than air.
