Description

  Die     Abb.    1 und 2 zeigen eine     Einrich:          tung,    bei der von den Symbolen zur Darstel  lung     einer    elektrischen Leitung eines     Leucht-          schaltbildes    ein dem Steuerschalter unmit  telbar benachbarter Teil abgetrennt ist und  in seiner Beleuchtung von der Stellung des  zugehörigen Schalters abhängig gemacht ist;

         Abb.    3 bis 6 zeigen einen Teil eines       Blindsehaltbildes;    unmittelbar neben dem  Steuerschalter befinden sich Anzeigelampen,  deren Beleuchtungszustand von der Stellung  der Schalter abhängig ist; neben diesen  Lampen     befinden    sich weitere Anzeigelam  pen, deren Beleuchtungszustand von dem  Schaltzustand der Leitungen abhängig ist;           Abb.    7 zeigt     eine        Ausführungsform,    bei  der im     Leitunsgzuge    zwei Schalter in Reihe  angebracht sind; die zwischen dem Schalter  liegende Leitungsstrecke wird von einer ein  zigen Lampe beleuchtet;

    Die     Abb.    8 bis 12 zeigen Anordnungen,  bei denen die Träger für die beiden neben  dem Steuerschalter angebrachten Anzeige  vorrichtungen     unmittelbar    am Schalter be  festigt sind;  Die     Abb.    13 und 14 zeigen ähnliche  Steuerschalter wie die     Abb.    8 bis 12, bei  denen     jedoeh    der     Beleuchtungszustand    der  Schalter durch Blenden verändert wird;  Die     Abb.    15 und 16 zeigen einen Steuer  schalter, bei dem nur eine einzige Lampe  neben dem Schalter angebracht ist, die so  wohl von der Stellung des Schalters, wie  auch von dem auf der     Leitung    herrschenden  Spannungszustand abhängig ist;

Device for displaying the position of switching elements in the course of a line. In systems in which switches, for example oil switches or isolating switches, valves or other switching devices located in the course of a line are controlled from a remote point, it is known to make the respective position of the switch or valve to be controlled recognizable at the command post . In known Einrich lines, this is achieved by installing the display devices directly in the switch containing the control switch symbol. A compact design of the holder with the display device is the result, which sometimes leads to difficulties in structural terms.

In the device according to the invention, this disadvantage is eliminated. According to the invention, means for displaying the position of the switching element assigned to a control switch are placed in the symbols used to represent the lines or line ends. It is particularly advantageous to represent the line ends by light symbols.

In the figures, execution examples of the invention are shown.

  Figs. 1 and 2 show a device in which a part immediately adjacent to the control switch is separated from the symbols for the representation of an electrical line of an illuminated circuit diagram and its illumination is made dependent on the position of the associated switch;

         Figures 3 to 6 show part of a blind screen image; indicator lamps are located directly next to the control switch, the lighting state of which depends on the position of the switch; In addition to these lamps, there are other display lamps whose lighting status depends on the switching status of the lines; Fig. 7 shows an embodiment in which two switches are mounted in series in the line; the line between the switch is illuminated by a single lamp;

    Figs. 8 to 12 show arrangements in which the carrier for the two display devices mounted next to the control switch are fastened directly to the switch be; Figs. 13 and 14 show control switches similar to Figs. 8 to 12, but in which the lighting state of the switches is changed by means of screens; Figs. 15 and 16 show a control switch in which only a single lamp is mounted next to the switch, which is dependent on the position of the switch as well as on the voltage condition prevailing on the line;

Fig. 17 shows the circuit associated with this control switch; Fig. 18 shows a control switch; as shown in Fig. 8, in which the line symbols are metal strips and also serve as power supply lines for the lamps illuminating the symbols; Figs. 19 to 21 show the profile shapes of the metal strips.

Fig. 1 shows the device in the view, Fig. 2 in section. In the device shown in these figures who used to show the line in which the switch to be controlled is turned on, light symbols in the form of a slot illuminated from the back of a control panel. The luminous slots (strips) are marked with 1 and 2 be, 3 is the handle of the Kommandoglie, through which the switching pulses for the switch to be controlled can be given.

For the sake of clarity, it is advisable to adapt the toggle of the switch 3 to the width of the light strips 1 and 2 in such a way that the toggle connects the ends of the light strips 1 and 2 as seamlessly as possible in the on position. It is expedient to continuously illuminate the toggle or a slot arranged in the toggle from the rear side of the toggle with the aid of the lamp 4 in a manner similar to the light strips 1 and 2. To display the respective switch position of the light strips 1 and 2, the sections identified by the Klam numbers 5 are separated and equipped with lamps 6, 7, 8, 9 independent of the other sections.

The lamps 6 to 9 are influenced in a known manner by the switch to be controlled.

It is assumed that the light strips representing the line are colored green. It is also assumed that lamps 6 and 8 are also colored green, whereas lamps 7 and 9 are colored red. The circuit can now be made in such a way that lamps 6 and 8 (green) light up when the remote-controlled switch is switched on, while lamps 7 and 9 (red) light up when the controlled switch is switched off. The toggle 3 shines appropriately white or green.

In the device described, the position of the switch to be controlled is BEZW on the color change of the line. the light symbols representing the cable ends can be recognized. The circuit can be made in a known manner in such a way that the following mode of action is achieved. In the position of the command handle 3 shown, both the line sections and the line ends and the handle of the control knob light up green. If only the oil switch opens its contacts, for example due to an overcurrent, the luminous ends 5 change their color and now glow red.

The surveillance officer can see that the switch has been turned off by the change in color of the ends through which the cable run is conspicuously interrupted. At the position of the command handle 3, he also recognizes whether it is an intentional or unintentional opening of the contacts of the oil switch.

In order to force the surveillance officer to pay attention to changes in the circuit diagram, it may be advisable to periodically interrupt the lamp circuit if the position between the contacts of the Ül switch and the toggle of the command switch 3 does not match, so that if the position does not match the illuminated ends of the line flash. This can be done by simple relay circuits of a known type.

Instead of showing the switch position by changing the color of the symbols for the line ends, the switch position can also be made recognizable by burning light or dark or by completely extinguishing the lamps 6-9: in this case, too, the position of the control knob 3 can be disagreed with the contacts of the switch to be controlled by flashing anzei conditions and in this way force the monitoring officer to bring the control switch into the position corresponding to the respective switch position.

In order to avoid a switch-on command from the command device when an oil switch is triggered automatically, for example due to overcurrent, because the command member is in the switch-on position, it is advisable to provide known means for issuing a control command can only come about when the command switch is moved from one switching position to the other. Even with the rest of the exemplary embodiments described below, it is useful to take one of the security measures.

In the foregoing it was assumed that the flashing of the lamps 6-9 can be eliminated by bringing the command knob 3 into a position that corresponds to the position of the switch to be controlled. It has proven expedient in the known switching devices to keep the flashing signal lamps upright until a special switching process (Quit ting) is carried out by the monitoring officer. This idea can also be used in the present facility. For this purpose, for example, the control knob can be designed in such a way that it can be turned beyond its two normal positions, which include approximately <B> 90 '</B>, and then makes a special contact.

This contact can be used to switch off the flashing, i.e. to acknowledge the change in the position of the switch.

In the case of a control switch that can be turned out beyond the two normal positions enclosing approximately <B> 90 '</B> (turning the control switch over), it is also possible to proceed in the opposite way, namely in such a way that the acknowledgment process is performed by setting the control switch to the normal positions is carried out, and that the control command is only given when the switch is turned over.

The control process can also be given by pushing or pulling the control knob while turning the control knob for the purpose of acknowledgment.

The three mentioned possibilities of control and acknowledgment can also be provided for the switches described below.

In the embodiment of the invention shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the light symbols for the ends are divided into two parts which have different functions. The line section is denoted by 1 and 2. It is assumed that it does not light up, but is only drawn on the control panel (mimic diagram). The light symbols 12 and 13 composed of parts 10 and 11 are used to identify the ends of the lines.

The parts 11 are used to indicate the position of the remote switch; if they are illuminated, this means that the switch is switched on, if they are dark or completely extinguished, or if they light up in a different color, then this means that the switch is open. The two parts 10 light up continuously and can be used to indicate that the line is live. They can also be used at the same time to force the surveillance officer to perform an acknowledgment process.

For this purpose, it is sufficient to connect the lamps that illuminate the parts 10 either to a constant voltage or to a voltage source via a periodically closing contact, depending on whether the position of the control knob 3 contacts the position of the contacts of the switch to be controlled matches or not.

Fig. 4 shows another position of the control switch, and it is assumed that the control toggle 3 is in the on position, but the oil switch has been triggered manually or by overcurrent. The parts 11 are therefore dark and the parts 10 flash. The blinking can only be eliminated when the control knob 3 is brought into the position shown in Fig. 3.

Fig. 5 shows the same switch on the assumption that both the Ül switch contact and the toggle 3 are in their on position. Parts 10 and 11 light up in this case.

Fig. 6 shows the same switch in the event that the oil switch is switched on. the control knob 3, however, is in the off switching position. The parts 11 therefore light up while the parts 10 flash. With the control switch shown in Figs. 3 to 6, it is also advisable to ensure that the control command can only be given by turning, pushing or pulling the control switch, and that the control knob 3 is used in its normal positions to acknowledge switching operations.

If the parts 10 are also used to indicate whether the line is only under tension or not, the lamps used to illuminate these parts can be made dependent on the voltage on the lines. They can be fed, for example, from a voltage converter connected to the line. Figs. 3 to 6 show a control switch in a mimic diagram. It is easy to see that the switching devices shown in Fig. 1 and 2 can also be used in a mimic diagram. In this case, the luminous strips 1 and 2 are replaced by non-luminous symbols.

The examples described so far are equipped with symbols that are backlit. But you can also use indirect glowing symbols such. B. reflective surfaces, use which, if necessary, colored bezels - according to the switch position and the respec gene operating states are covered more or less. You can of course also without reflective surfaces, that is, only with. Indicator tall flaps) turnstiles and the like work. Such symbols are particularly useful for mimic diagrams.

The switch to be controlled can be set up at a shorter or longer distance. If it is a matter of controlling remote switches, one can use the known line-saving selection devices, through which any switch can be selected using one and the same transmission channel. Special signal lamps can be used to confirm the correct selection. You can mount these lamps in an advantageous manner within the control switch itself. You can use the lighting device of the control knob 3 to display the correct selection. z.

   B. in such a way that with the correct selection the color of the control knob beats - for example, changes from green to red; you can also indicate the correct selection by flashing the lighting lamp for the control knob.

In the embodiments described so far, it was assumed that the control knob is provided with a mark. which in the on position connects the symbols for the line ends as seamlessly as possible. The device is simplified if a transparent control knob is used and the light symbols for the ends are extended to close to the axis of the control knob, as is indicated in FIGS. 1 and 2 by the dashed lines 12.

By using reflective materials when building the light boxes, you can ensure that the ends of the light symbols lying under the control knob are sufficiently illuminated. If two control switches are in series in a line, for example one to control an oil switch and the other to control. If a circuit breaker is installed, then, as shown in Fig. 7, the part between the light symbols 14 and 15 can be illuminated with the aid of a single lamp 16,

whose light is expediently thrown using mirrors to the ends of the part between the light symbols 14, 15. The lamp 16 can be made voltage-current-dependent in a known manner.

Furthermore, you can fasten the carrier for the lamps used to illuminate the line symbols on the actual control switch. It is particularly useful to form a construction element of the switch itself as a lamp holder. Such control switches are shown in Figs. 8 to 14 Darge. The corresponding parts of these figures have the same reference characters.

The control panel wall is denoted by 1.8, 28 is. the control knob, which can work together with switching devices in such a way that (3 the switching process is triggered by turning the liver or by pricking or pulling: 38. is the housing that houses the contacts. It is not necessary that this housing forms a closed tube: it can also dropped entirely.

In the device according to Fig. 8, the carrier 48, z. B. be strengthened by screws, welding and the like; it carries the sockets 58 for the lamps 68 and 78. The lamps 78 are used for voltage-dependent illumination of one part of the line symbol. The Lam pen 68 are used to make the lighting of the remaining part of the line symbol dependent on the position of the switch to be controlled. In order to avoid that the part of the line symbol assigned to the lamp 68 is illuminated by the lamp 78 and, conversely, a partition must be inserted between the lamps.

For this purpose it is particularly expedient to use the metal sleeves 108 and 118 which are used to fasten the cover plates 88 and 98 and which for this purpose are selected to be so long that they enclose the lamps as completely as possible. The control toggle 38 can be made of translucent or translucent material forth and of special lamps it lights up, which can be switched so that they shine in the switch-on position of the toggle 28 regardless of the position of the organ to be controlled.

Fig. 9 shows the control switch shown in Fig. 8 from above. By appropriately shaping the sleeves 108 and 118, rectangular or square cover plates 88 and 98 can be used, so that when both plates are illuminated, the impression of a closed line is created. The remaining part of the line 128 can, depending on the particular circumstances, be illuminated (luminous circuit diagram), or can also be represented by non-luminous strips or colored strips.

The same also applies to the other exemplary embodiments. You can of course also form the cover plate from round; a switch is then obtained, the view of which is shown in fig.

Fig. 11 shows a control switch in which the lamps 68 and 78 are closed in a sheet metal box 138 attached to the housing 38. In order to save a special lighting lamp for the control knob 28, the cover plate 88, as well as the associated opening in the control panel 18, is extended to the vicinity of the knob axis 148. To illuminate the extension, a light shaft 158 is expediently connected to the housing 138. This light shaft can of course also be attached to the control switch as an independent part. In this case, the housing of the control switch would have to have openings, which are indicated by dashed lines 168 in FIG. 11.

Fig. 12 shows the switch shown in Fig. 11 from above. From this figure it can be seen that in the on position of the toggle 28, a completely closed cable line arises when the remote oil switch is switched on and the line is live.

In the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 8 to 1.1, it was assumed that the lamps 68 light up in the switched-on position of the controlled switch, go out in the switched-off position and, if the position of the toggle does not match the position of the controlled organs flash. You can also make the position of the steered Sehalters recognizable through diaphragms, which affect the appearance of the surface 88 illuminated. In this case, the lamps 68 can light up in the on or off position of the switch, and you can not agree between toggle 28 and control. system switch by flashing these lamps.

An embodiment of this kind is shown in Figs. 13 and 1.4. Below half of the control panel 18, a rotatable Me tallplatte 178 is attached, which the Blen. wears <B> 188 </B> and 198. One of the covers can be omitted if one switch position is to be represented by the natural color of the cover plate 88. The cover support 178 is driven by the toggle 198 via an idle clutch. In the simplest case, a pin 208 fastened to the toggle can be used for this purpose, which pin engages in a groove 218 in the panel support 178.

The length of the groove 218 is selected in such a way that a panel change only takes place in the vicinity of the end position of the switch knob. By resting one can achieve that permanent intermediate positions are made impossible. This is particularly necessary if the control process is triggered by over-turning the toggle.

An embodiment of the invention, in which the state of the lines should not be displayed, is shown in FIGS. 15 to 17. This example results from the one shown in Fig. 13 if the lamps 7 8 and the symbols they illuminate are omitted. You can then also switch the lamps 68 voltage and current-dependent in place of the lamps 78.

The control switch is designated with 100. The control knob is labeled 200; but it also serves as an indicator for the position of the organ to be controlled. You can achieve this in such a way that in the two normal positions of the control knob, which are perpendicular to each other, no command is given, but only through a further movement, e.g. B. by pushing or pulling on the control knob or by turning the control knob over its two normal positions out (overturning). 111h 300 and 400 are symbols representing the lines; it can be luminous or non-luminous strips.

With 500 and 6 (: ', J the symbols used to represent the line ends are designated, which serve to indicate the correspondence between the position of the control knob 200 and the controlled organ. The non-correspondence can be shown, for example, by lights up lamps <B> 700 </B> and 8 (l (1 periodically.

The light symbols 500 and 600 used to indicate the correspondence or non-correspondence of the position of the control knob 200 with the controlled organ are used at the same time to indicate whether the line assigned to the control switch is connected to an energy source, that is, whether with switches The line carries voltage or current in electrical switchgear.

Fig. 17 shows the circuit of the apparatus shown in Figs. 1.3 and 16. The light symbols, which are labeled <B> 500 </B> and 60U in Fig. 15, are represented by lamps 7U0 and 800.

900 and 1001.) are the lines of a line simulation corresponding to line parts 300 and = 1-09. The switches 11 (10 and 1) 00 are controlled by the control knob 200.

The position of the contacts shown in Fig. 16 corresponds to the position of the control knob. The line 10t! 0 is connected to one pole of a current source (direct or alternating current source). The lionta.ct on the control switch, which is used to give commands, is not shown in Fig. 17 for the sake of clarity.

l3011 is the contact of the switch to be controlled, 1I (10 is the associated age, which is known as @t \ ecliclscha.lter and works together with toggle switch 1200. If switches 1400 and <B> are in the same position 12010 </B> flows through the winding of the relay 170 (t current, which then holds its position at the switches 1600 and 1700 in the position shown.

The contacts 1800 and <B> 1900 </B> are connected to the lines <B> 900 </B> and lll (1Cr, the contacts 20110 and <B> 2100 </B> are connected to the p (, i, Flashing line 2300 containing iodic interrupter 22110. 1) The circuit now works in the following @@ 'cise. L) The line 1i11) 0 carries voltage as soon as the corresponding power line is live, and this can easily be done in a familiar Way to perform with the help of relays.

As long as the position of the control knob 200 corresponds to the position of the switch to be controlled, the line switches 1600 and 1711 () assume the position shown. @ When switch 1300 is open and therefore switch <B> 1100 </B> is also open, then only lamp 711t) receives an alarm; on the other hand, if switch 130 () and thus also switch 1100 are closed, lamp 800 also lights up and indicates that the line to the left of the switch is live.

If the position of the control knob does not match the position of the switch 1300 to be controlled, the relay 1500 is de-energized so that the switches 1600 and 1700 connect the lamps <B> 700 </B> and 800 to the flashing line 2300 conclude. The lamps therefore flash and alert the attendant to the non-matching position between control knob 200 and switch 1300. This flashing occurs regardless of whether the lines 900 and 1000 respectively. the power lines corresponding to these lines carry current.

As soon as the surveillance officer has eliminated the flashing by moving the control knob into the position corresponding to the switch 1300 (acknowledgment), the relay 1300 conducts power again and flips the switches 1600 and 1700. In this case, the surveillance officer can tell from the lighting or non-lighting of the lamps whether the lines connected to switch 1300 are carrying current or voltage. Fig. 17 shows the circuit for only one switch. If there are several switches connected in parallel or in series, it is repeated accordingly.

Instead of controlling the switch 1100 with the toggle 200, this switch could also be attached to the oil switch as a further auxiliary contact, or it could be forced into the position of the switch 1300 with the aid of a remote transmission device.

In order to make the on and off position of the control knob clearly visible from a greater distance, a contact can be connected to the inside fog, which switches a lamp used to illuminate the knob on or off. The arrangement will expediently be made in such a way that the toggle lights up in the switched-on position, so that the impression arises as if the light symbols 500 and 600 are connected to one another by a light strip.

In the switch-off position, the control knob cannot be illuminated, so that the switch-off position is clearly indicated through the large dark space between the light symbols 500 and 600. The kneel can also be lit continuously. In this case, too, the switch-off position can be clearly recognized by the horizontal line.

It was previously assumed that the voltage state of the line is represented by the lighting or non-lighting of the line symbols. You can of course also make the voltage state recognizable by means of bezels that change the appearance of the line symbols depending on the voltage state. It does not matter whether the panels are illuminated from the rear or are located in front of indirectly illuminated, in particular reflective surfaces. For example, plan can use different colors to indicate whether the line is carrying current or voltage.

The agreement or non-agreement of the control knob with the organ to be controlled can also be indicated in this case by flickering (switching a lamp on or off) or by periodically changing the aperture. Conveniently, you can use the non-luminous lines yourself as power supplies for the lamps used to illuminate the symbols. In this case, the line sections will be made from rivets and insulated against the switchboard. Such an embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 18 to 21.

With 111 the control panel is designated net, 211 is a control switch, 311 the Kne bel of the control switch, 411 and 51l are lamps that are used to display the position of the controlled switch. They can light up in the on position and go out in the off position. They can flash to indicate that the switch position does not match the position of the knob. The lamps <B> 611 </B> and 711 are used to display the tensioned state of the cable.

They can be connected in any known way in such a way that they light up to indicate that the associated line is live or carries current. 811 and 911 are bars which represent the line; they are held on the panel <B> 111 </B> by tubular rivets that are insulated on the outside. The circuit is made in such a way that the bar 811 receives voltage when the line corresponding to it is live.

This can be done, for example, that depending on the voltage state of the line 'with the help of a relay 1111 this bar is connected to the positive pole of the battery 1211 or to an alternating voltage, one pole of which is conveniently connected to the conductive board 111 a related party. The lamp 711 is conductively connected to the strip 811 with the aid of a bent tab 1811. When the contact of relay 1111 is closed, lamp 711 receives voltage and lights up. The lamp 611 is connected to the strip 911 in a corresponding manner. In addition, the strips 811 and 911 are connected to the Bontakten 1411 of the control switch.

When the control switch is in the on position, it connects the two contacts and thus supplies power to bar 911 so that lamp 611 also lights up. If there is also an indicator lamp at the other end of the 911 bar, this also lights up and shows that the other end of the line is also live. When several switches are connected in series, the circuit is repeated accordingly.

If the position of the toggle 311 - as is the case with most control switches - does not always correspond to the position of the remote-controlled organ, then it is necessary to use the contacts 1411 in dependence on the actual position of the controlled organ, for. B. with the help of relays to connect.

If the current supplied by the battery 1211 is kept constant by some means, the lamps 611 and 711 can also be connected in series, that is to say placed in the train of the lines 1511 and 1611. -You don't get a voltage-dependent, but a current-dependent circuit. In this case it is advisable to connect the wire marked 1611 to the panel <B> 111 </B> through a relay with the control switch switched off.

The tabs 1811 used to supply power to the lamps 611 and 711 can also be attached to the control switch and rest resiliently against bare areas of the strip 811.

It is advisable to isolate the strip 811 from the panel 111 by inserting insulating washers 1611, as shown schematically in Fig. 19. To make cleaning easier, the strips are rounded off at the top in two ways (Ab.? ()). If the strips are insulated on all sides, as shown in Fig. 21, assembly is particularly easy because the line parts can be cut from a whole piece in the appropriate length.

In the device described, special lamps are provided to display the voltage state of the line and to display the switch position; one can also omit the one pair of lamps. In this case, too, the use of the line symbols as power supply saves special supply lines. The toggle 811 can be equipped with a special lighting device by which it is illuminated either continuously or only in the switched-on position. A special lighting device for the toggle can also be dispensed with if the line symbols (lamps 411, 511, 611, 711) used to illuminate the toggle 311 are drawn on depending on the state of the line or used to indicate the position. This can be done by, for example, the lamps 411 and 511.

is placed close to the control switch and ensures through openings that the light also expediently hits the control knob 311 from the inside.
