Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen     Azo-          farbstoff    erhält ,wenn man     diazotiertes        1-          Aminobenzol-2-methylsulfon    in saurem Me  dium mit     2-Amino-8-oxynaphthalin-6-sul-          fonsäure    vereinigt.  



  Der so erhältliche Farbstoff bildet ein  dunkles Pulver und färbt Wolle aus saurem  Bade in roten Tönen von sehr guter Licht  echtheit und zeichnet sich durch ein her  vorragendes     Egalisiervermögen    aus.         .Beispiel:       171 Teile     1-Aminobenzol-2-methylsulfon     werden in salzsaurer Lösung in üblicher  Weise mit 70 Teilen     Natriumnitrit        diazo-          tiert.    Zu der     Diazolösung    lässt man     eine     neutrale Lösung von 239 Teilen     2-Amino-          8    -     oxynaphthalin    - 6 -     sulfonsäure    

      zutropfen.     Man rührt, bis die Kupplung, die man gege  benenfalls durch sorgfältige Zugabe säure-    bindender oder abstumpfender Zusätze be  schleunigt, beendet ist. Hierauf wird die  Lösung neutral gestellt und     ausgesalzen,     worauf der Farbstoff filtriert und getrocknet  wird.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 1-Aminobenzol-2-methyl- sulfon in saurem Medium mit 2-Amino-8- oxynaphthalin-6-sulfonsäure vereinigt. Der so erhältliche Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in roten Tönen von sehr guter Licht echtheit, und zeichnet sich durch ein hervor ragendes Egalisiervermögen aus.
