Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Zwischenprodukt für die Farbstoffindustrie erhält, wenn man die 1 . 3-Diamino-8-oxy- naphthalin-6-sulfonsäure mit soviel Essig-. säureanhydrid behandelt, dass die beiden Aminogruppen acetyliert werden. Das neue Produkt bildet ein helles Pulver, das in )Vasser sehr leicht löslich ist.
Mit Diazover- bindungen reagiert es unter Bildung von Azofarbstoffen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 66 Teile 1.3-Diamino-8-oxynaphthalin- 6-sulfonsäure werden in Wasser aufge schwemmt und mit Natriumkarbonat vor sichtig neutralisiert. Hierauf lässt man vor sichtig 35 Teile Essigsäurea_nhydrid zutrop- fen, indem man gleichzeitig soviel Natrium- hydroxydlösung zufliessen lässt, dass die Lö sung immer möglichst neutral reagiert. Hier auf wird durch Eindampfen und Aussalzen bezw. Kristallisierenlassen das Produkt ge wonnen.
