Closure for bottles, barrels and other containers that is suitable for tapping the same. The subject matter of the invention is a closure for bottles, barrels and other containers which is suitable for tapping the same. The invention consists in that a closure plug made of compressible material has a bore that at least is partially bulged out and that the plug clamps at least part of the closing element when it is driven in.
The drawing illustrates example, embodiments of the subject invention, namely show FIGS. 1 and 2, 3 and -1, 5 and 6, 7 and 8, 9 and 10 each an embodiment before BEZW. after the Verseliluss body has been pressed into the bottle neck, while FIG. 11 shows the embodiment according to FIGS. 9 and 10 after inserting a dispensing pipe.
Further embodiments of the closure are shown in FIGS. 12 to 21, partly in section. namely, Figure 12 illustrates one form of the closure in section, while Figure 13 shows a modified embodiment of the sleeve. 14 shows the insert sleeve in the display image, FIG. 15 shows a closure with a conical stopper, FIG. 16 shows another embodiment of a stopper and FIG. 17 shows a third embodiment of such a stopper.
18 to 21 show various embodiments of releasable couplings between the plug's rule and the end of the riser pipe of a 'piercer (a removal device).
In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a stopper made of cork, rubber or another. denotes compressible material which has a central bore 2 into which a sleeve 3, for example made of Me tall, is inserted.
This bushing, the bore of which is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the discharge pipe A (Fig. 11), is supported with a collar 3a against the top of the plug 1, while the lower end of the bushing is covered with a cap 4 made of soft, easily tearable material (for example tin or the like) is seen ver, which forms the closing organ.
If the stopper is now pressed into a bottle neck F (joint 2), for example, the unreinforced part of the bore 2 located below the sleeve 3 narrows as indicated at 2a. If, for example, an outflow pipe A (Fig. 11) equipped with a valve device V (similar to sipbon bottles) is inserted to empty the bottle, the end of the outflow pipe first pierces the cap 4.
The narrowed part 2a of the bore 2 then lays itself under pressure against the same when the flow pipe is further inserted, thus ensuring an effective seal.
While the closure cap 4 is first pierced here when an outflow pipe is inserted and only then does a seal occur between the pipe and the plug, in the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the seal is first made by the narrowed part 2a of the bore 2 and only then the piercing of the cap 4a which is now provided at the lower end of the plug 1 and which forms the closing element.
In the AusfühZungsbeispiel according to FIGS. 5 and 6, in addition to the sleeve 3, one is on the bottom. End of hole \? provided sleeve 7 is used, which carries the closure cap 4 as a closing element. The ver narrowed, the sealing of the outflow pipe worried part 2a of the bore 2 is shown here between the two sleeves 3 and 7 from.
In this embodiment, too, the seal is first carried out and only then is the cap 4 (connecting organ) pierced, so that a. Leakage of liquid or gas next to the discharge tube during the introduction of the same is avoided.
In all of the embodiments just described, the unbroken part of the bore 2, which is used for sealing, can be lined with a sleeve, for example made of rubber or the like. But you could also surround the upper part of the discharge pipe with a rubber sleeve.
7 and 8 show a Ausfüh approximate form in which the sealing of the outflow pipe is not carried out by the plug 1 itself, but by the narrowed part of a small rubber sleeve 8. This cuff 8 is pulled over the lower end of the sleeve 3 with the end cap 4 in between (as a closing element).
Here, as in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, when an outflow pipe is inserted, the cap 4 is pierced first and only then is the outflow pipe sealed.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 9 to 11, the discharge pipe is sealed again by a rubber sleeve 8, which is pulled on the remote end of the sleeve 3, while the end cap 4 (the closing element) encompasses the cuff 8 at the un tern end of a sleeve the sleeve 9 is applied. In this case, when the outflow pipe is inserted, the seal is first made and then the cap 4 is pierced.
According to FIG. 12, 1 again denotes a plug made of cork, rubber or another compressible material which has a central bore 2 into which a sleeve 3 is inserted. Between the sleeve 3 and the bore 2, a rubber man cuff 14 is provided, which is extended at 14 a over the lower end of the drilled plug 1 out. Due to the compression of the latter in the bottle neck, the rubber sleeve 14 is pressed firmly against the insert sleeve 3.
The part 14a of the cuff is tapered and in this tapered part, a stopper 15 is inserted which closes the bore and is pushed into the bottle when it is tapped from the tapping tube. In this embodiment, the closing element consists of two parts, namely the collar 14 and the stop 15.
13, an inner sleeve 3 and an outer sleeve 16 are provided in the closure according to the invention, between which the sleeve 14 is clamped. The upper part of the outer sleeve 16 is slotted several times over the circumference at 7 7. The outer sleeve 16 also has a collar 18 against which the transverse part 19 of a stubble puller 20 can rest when the entire closure is to be pulled out of the bottle neck. The part 1.4a of the cuff 14 is tapered in relation to this and the plug 15 can sit in this tapered part. Here, too, the closing organ consists of cuff 14 and 15 stopper.
In the. 14, the slots 17 of the sleeve 16 with the collar 18 can be seen better. Through the slots 17 tabs 21 are formed, which when the plug 1 is compressed in the bottle neck, the pressure ra dial transferred to the cuff 14 and ensure a better fit of the same.
The embodiment according to FIG. 15 differs from that according to FIG. 12 by the shape of the stopper 22, which is conical. As illustrated by the arrows p, the internal pressure of the bottle acts along the entire circumference of the part 14a of the collar 14. The conical shape of the stopper 22 increases the security of its seat in the part 14a of the collar 14. The stopper can be made of any material (wood, metal, cork, rubber or the like).
In the embodiment according to FIG. J 6, the stopper has a cylindrical part 23, a part 24 which extends conically downward and a collar 25 which projects beyond the weaker part of the cone 24. After the plug has been pushed in, the edge parts of the extension 14.a of the sleeve 14 are inserted into the wedge-shaped groove between the cone 24 and the collar 25. The end edges of the extension 14a prevent the plug from being pushed back as they rest against the inner end face of the collar 25.
The stopper according to FIG. 17 has, in addition to the parts according to FIG. 16, a rear conical part 27 which is conical in shape for the insertion of the stopper into the extension 1.4a from the lower side thereof. At the bottom, the stopper has a cone 26 which serves to gradually upgrade the extension aa 14a of the cuff 1.4 when the stopper is introduced from above.
According to FIGS. 18 to 21, the stop and the end of the riser pipe of a piercer or a removal device are designed so that a detachable connection of the pipe end with the stopper is possible while the riser pipe is being pierced. The stopper 28 has a constriction 29, to which a collar 30 with a cone joins upwards.
The riser pipe 31 is seen at its lower end with a sleeve 32 ver, which has slots 33 through which resilient tabs 34 are formed with claws 35 provided at the end. When the riser pipe is pressed in in the direction of the arrow p ', the tabs 34 spring over the cone of the collar 30 (the pipe end is slightly upgraded) until the bead-shaped ends 35 of the resilient tabs 34 into the annular groove (constriction) 29 of the Snap in stop fens 28.
In the further course of its movement, the riser pipe 31, which has recesses 36, takes the plug 28 with it and pushes it out of the cuff part 14a. The releasable association of the riser pipe 31 respectively. its extension 32 with the stopper 28 is shown in FIG. 19. When pulling the piercer back, the stopper 28 is taken along until the end of the extension 14a of the cuff 14 rests against the collar 25 and the fe-reducing flap 34 slips off Stopper 28 he forces.
The same purpose is achieved with a screw connection between the end of the riser pipe 31 and the plug 28, as shown in FIG. The collar 30 has an external thread and the end of the riser pipe 31 has a corresponding internal thread 38.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 21, the parts which serve to combine the stopper 28 and the riser pipe 31 are formed in the manner of a snap fastener. The positive part 39 is provided, for example, on the riser pipe 31 and the negative part 40 at the upper end of the stop 28. This negative part can for example consist of a correspondingly curved spring which is inserted into a cap.
