Description

  

  Federrahmen für Liegemöbel.    Die vorliegende Erfindung hat einen  Federrahmen für Liegemöbel mit netzartig  angeordneten Schraubenfedern zum Gegen  stand. Der Erfindungsgegenstand kennzeich  net sich dadurch, dass die Schraubenfedern  von elastischen, schlauchartigen Stoffhüllen  umgeben sind. Dabei können die umhüllten       Schraubenfedern    von einer Rahmenseite zu  einer andern Rahmenseite gespannt sein und  in Abständen miteinander verbunden sein.  Zweckmässig befinden sich die Verbindungen  an den Kreuzungsstellen. Die elastischen,  schlauchartigen Hüllen haben den Vorteil,  dass sie den Längenveränderungen der Federn  folgen können und diese gegen     Verstaubung     schützen.  



  Es entsteht dadurch ein für Liegemöbel  besonders geeigneter Federrahmen, der eine  über die ganze Rahmenfläche ungefähr gleich  mässige Federung besitzt und durch die Stoff  umhüllung der Schraubenfedern die Ver  wendung besonderer Matratzenschoner über  flüssig macht und trotzdem die auf dem    Federrahmen liegenden Matratzenteile gegen  Durchscheuern schützt. Durch die Stoffum  hüllungen werden ausserdem lästige Geräusche  der Federn bei Benutzung des Liegemöbels  verhindert. Die Umhüllungen können in Stoff  art und Farbe den Matratzenbezügen     ange-          passt    sein.  



  Der Federrahmen kann in ein Gestell  eingesetzt werden oder mit Füssen versehen  sein und die Matratzenteile können unmittel  bar auf den Federrahmen aufgelegt werden.  Es entsteht dadurch auf wirtschaftlich ein  fachste Weise ein Liegemöbel, welches in  jedem Raum bei Tag als     Wohnmöbel    und  bei Nacht als Schlafmöbel Verwendung fin  den kann.  



  Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfin  dung ist auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung bei  spielsweise dargestellt.  



       Abb.    1 zeigt den Federrahmen im Grund  riss und       Abb.    2 im Aufriss in einem Gestell und  mit aufgelegten Matratzenteilen.      Nach der Zeichnung besteht der Feder  rahmen aus einem Rahmen b aus Winkel  eisen, in den die Schraubenfedern     a    einge  hängt und von einer Seite des Rahmens zur  andern gespannt sind. Alle Schraubenfedern       a    sind fortlaufend an den Kreuzungsstellen     c     miteinander verbunden. Die Art der Ver  bindungsmittel ist beliebig. d ist ein Gestell  des Liegemöbels, in dem der Federrahmen  liegt und mit e sind die     Matratzenteile    be  zeichnet, die unmittelbar auf den Feder  rahmen aufgelegt werden können.

   Die Schrau  benfedern a sind von elastischen, schlauch  artigen Stoffhüllen umgeben. Diese Stoff  hüllen können aus geeigneten Textilstoffen  hergestellt werden. In dem dargestellten  Beispiel bestehen sie aus Schläuchen, die  aus Baumwollgarn gestrickt sind. Sie können  aber auch aus     Kunstseide,    Wolle oder Leinen  hergestellt sein.  



  An Stelle durchgängiger Schraubenfedern,  die von einer Seite des Metallrahmens b  zur andern gespannt sind, können auch kurze,  von Stoffhüllen umgebene Schraubenfedern  Verwendung     finden,    die an den Verbindungs  stellen c zum Beispiel in Ringe eingehängt  sind. Auch auf diese Weise entsteht ein    Federnetz, dessen Felder zum Beispiel qua  dratisch, rechteckig oder rhombisch sein  können.

The elastic, hose-like covers have the advantage that they can follow the changes in length of the springs and protect them against dust.



  The result is a spring frame that is particularly suitable for reclining furniture, which has approximately the same level of suspension over the entire frame surface and, thanks to the fabric covering of the helical springs, makes the use of special mattress protectors unnecessary and still protects the mattress parts lying on the spring frame against chafing. The fabric covers also prevent annoying noises from the springs when using the furniture. The coverings can be matched to the mattress covers in terms of fabric type and color.



  The spring frame can be used in a frame or be provided with feet and the mattress parts can be placed directly on the spring frame. This creates a piece of furniture in the most economical way, which can be used in any room as living room furniture by day and as sleeping furniture at night.



  The subject matter of the present inven tion is shown in the accompanying drawings for example.



       Fig. 1 shows the spring frame in plan and Fig. 2 in elevation in a frame and with mattress parts placed on top. According to the drawing, the spring frame consists of a frame b made of angle iron, in which the coil springs a hangs and are stretched from one side of the frame to the other. All coil springs a are continuously connected to one another at the crossing points c. The type of connection means is arbitrary. d is a frame of the reclining furniture in which the spring frame is located and with e the mattress parts are marked that can be placed directly on the spring frame.

   The screw benfedern a are surrounded by elastic, hose-like fabric sleeves. These fabric covers can be made from suitable fabrics. In the example shown, they consist of tubes that are knitted from cotton yarn. But they can also be made of rayon, wool or linen.



  Instead of continuous coil springs that are stretched from one side of the metal frame b to the other, short coil springs surrounded by fabric sheaths can also be used, which are hooked into rings at the connection points c, for example. In this way, too, a spring network is created, the fields of which can be square, rectangular or rhombic, for example.
