Gaseous fuel burners. The present invention relates to a burner for gaseous fuels and provides that the gas outlet openings for the flames are arranged on the burner head in concentric circles of different crossed radii.
Compared to the known burners of this type used for cooking and heating purposes, the object of the invention aims at a better distribution of the flame rings on the surface to be heated, as well as a control of the flame effect, whereby a saving in fuel can be achieved.
The subject of the invention is shown schematically as an exemplary embodiment on the accompanying drawings. It shows: FIG. 1 a plan view of the burner head and burner tube, FIG. 2 a vertical section through the burner and the gas supply elements along the line A-B of FIG. 1, Fig. 3 is a section through the burner head along the line C-D of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a section through the same burner head along the line E-F of FIG.
It means 1 the burner tube, through which gas and air to feed the main flame ring in the mixing chamber 3 formed by the housing 2 Ge is passed. The burner housing 29 is closed at the top by the burner head 4, which by means of the connecting pipe 5 with the un tern gas supply opening 6 of the burner housing 2 is in communication. On the lower gas supply line 7 serving to feed the back flames, the tube 8 is screwed with the nozzle 9, which is held by the Klemmvor device 10 of the burner housing 2.
From the center of the burner head 4, the gas supply ducts for the pilot flame ring run radially near the periphery of the burner head, where half of them open out directly, the other half into the nozzle 12 and only outside the burner head 4 ends.
These (-'Taszuführungskanäle 11 of the back burner flame ring are fed through the spar flame gas supply line 7 via the nozzle piece 8, 9, from where the vertically grows up through the gas supply opening 6 of the burner housing 2, the air necessary for the combustion sucking gas flows into the connecting pipe 5 and approximately ducts 11 passes through the distribution space 13 of the burner head 4 in the Gaszufüh.
The gas-air mixture passed through the burner tube 1 into the mixing chamber 3 receives the flow direction of the gas supply ducts 15 of the main ring of flames, in particular through the conical Gasleitfläelie 14 of the burner head 4, whereby a stagnation of the gas in the vault of the burner head 4 is avoided as possible and a more intense flame effect is achieved can be. Appropriately, the burner head 4 is beveled at the gas outlet points of the main flame ring so that the upward spread of the main flames is not hindered. These bevels are approximately perpendicular to the axis of the Gos supply channels.
The enlargement of the effective flame area of the economy burner according to the present invention and the division of the same into two rings of flames of different sizes enables better heat distribution over the surface to be heated, which is particularly advantageous for frying purposes.
The head 4 of the burner consists of a cast piece and is designed in such a way that it can be placed on other, for example normalized burner housing 2 without fitting, since the dimensions differ in the burner height and gas supply line 5 for the pilot light ring 11, 12 by inserting a suitable one Connection pipe 5 can be taken into account.
