Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schmiermittels. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schmier mittels, beispielsweise für Verbrennungs motoren. Die bisher verwendeten Schmier- mittel haben ,den Nachteil, dass sie bei den hohen Verbrennungstemperaturen im Zylin derraum zu Verkohlungen führen und so oder auch infolge Entmischung eine un gleichmässige oder verminderte Wirkung auf weisen. Nachdem Verfahren des vorliegen den Patentes wird ein Teerfraktionen und Graphit enthaltendes Schmiermittel herge stellt, das diese -Übelstände nicht besitzt.
Er findungsgemäss wird diesen Stoffen min destens ein raffinierter Kohlenwasserstoff zugesetzt, ,zum Beispiel Olefine, Paraffin- Kohlenwasserstoffe, aromatische und hydro- aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie zum Beispiel Naphtene und künstlich hydrierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie zum Beispiel Hydro- naphtaline. Diese wirken stabilisierend auf die feine Graphitverteilung,
ergeben eine raschere Schmierwirkung beim Einspritzen in den Verbrennungsraum und beseitigen,die Neigung zur Abscheidung von kohleartigen Zersetzungsprodukten.
Als hydroaromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe werden vorzugsweise die durch künstliche Hydrierung von Naphtalin erhältlichen Pro dukte, Tetrahydronaphtalin und Dekahydro- naphtalin verwendet.
<I>Beispiel 1:</I> 50 Teile Teeröl (Fraktion 20 bis<B>NO')</B> wer den mit 1.5 Teilen kolloidalem Graphit an gerührt und allmählich unter gutem Ver mischen eine Lösung von 10 Teilen eines be liebigen hochviskosen 'Öls in 15 Teilen Ben zol, 5 Teilen Xylol und 5 Teilen Tetrahydro- naphtalin einfliessen gelassen.
<I>Beispiel 2:</I> In 30 Gramm Asphaltöl wird 10 Gramm kolloidaler Graphit verteilt und unter Rüh ren ein Gemisch von 15 Gramm Tuluol, 20 Gramm Benzin und 25 Gramm Dekahydro- naphtalin zugefügt.
<I>Beispiel 3:</I> In eine Suspension von 5 Teilen kolloi dalem Graphit in 20 Teilen Motorenöl wer- den 50 Teile Benzol und 25 Teile Cyclohegan hineindestilliert.
Statt,die raffinierten gohlenwasserstoffe in flüssiger Form mit den Teerfraktionen und dem Graphit zusammen zu bringen, können sie auch gasförmig zugeführt werden. Zweck mässig wird eine Teerfraktion von 20 bis 150 Grad verwendet.
Method of making a lubricant. The present invention is a method for producing a lubricant means, for example for internal combustion engines. The lubricants used up to now have the disadvantage that they lead to carbonization at the high combustion temperatures in the cylinder space and, either as a result of this or as a result of segregation, have an uneven or reduced effect. According to the invention, at least one refined hydrocarbon is added to these substances, for example olefins, paraffin hydrocarbons, aromatic and hydroaromatic hydrocarbons such as naphthens and artificially hydrogenated hydrocarbons such as hydro naphthalenes. These have a stabilizing effect on the fine graphite distribution,
provide a more rapid lubricating effect when injected into the combustion chamber and eliminate the tendency for carbon-like decomposition products to separate out.
The hydroaromatic hydrocarbons used are preferably the products obtainable by artificial hydrogenation of naphthalene, tetrahydronaphthalene and decahydronaphthalene.
<I> Example 1: </I> 50 parts of tar oil (fraction 20 to <B> NO ') </B> are stirred with 1.5 parts of colloidal graphite and gradually a solution of 10 parts of one is desired with thorough mixing highly viscous oil in 15 parts of benzene, 5 parts of xylene and 5 parts of tetrahydronaphthalene are allowed to flow in.
<I> Example 2: </I> 10 grams of colloidal graphite are distributed in 30 grams of asphalt oil and a mixture of 15 grams of tuluene, 20 grams of gasoline and 25 grams of decahydronaphthalene is added while stirring.
Example 3: 50 parts of benzene and 25 parts of cyclohegan are distilled into a suspension of 5 parts of colloidal graphite in 20 parts of motor oil.
Instead of bringing the refined hydrocarbons together in liquid form with the tar fractions and graphite, they can also be supplied in gaseous form. Appropriately, a tar fraction of 20 to 150 degrees is used.
