Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines o-Ozyazofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass durch Kuppeln von diazotiertem 4-Chlor-2-amino-l-oxyben- zol mit 2-Acetylamino-6-oxynaphthalin-8- sulfonsäure ein Farbstoff erhalten wird, der durch Naehchromieren der in saurem Bade entstehenden Färbungen gleichmässige, blau graue Färbungen von ausgezeichneten Echt heitseigenschaften liefert.
Beispiel: 14,5 Teile 4-Chlor-2-amino-l-oxybenzol werden wie üblich diazotiert und mit 28,4 Teilen 2-Acetylamino-6-oxynaphthalin- 8-sulfonsäure hergestellt in bekannter Weise durch Acetylieren von 2-Amino-6-oxynaph- thalin-8-sulfonsäure, in schwach sodaalkali- scher Lösung gekuppelt. Nach beendeter Kupplung wird der Farbstoff abfiltriert und getrocknet.
Er stellt ein dunkles Pulver dar, das sich in verdünnter Essigsäure rot, in verdünnter Natriumkarbonatlösung violett und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure violett löst. Der Farbstoff färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade rotviolett, beim Nachchromieren der Färbung erhält man ein Blaugrau von aus gezeichneten Echtheitseigenschaften.
Process for the preparation of an o-ozyazo dye. It has been found that by coupling diazotized 4-chloro-2-amino-1-oxyben- zene with 2-acetylamino-6-oxynaphthalene-8-sulfonic acid, a dye is obtained which, by chroming up the colorations produced in an acidic bath, produces uniform provides blue-gray colorations with excellent fastness properties.
Example: 14.5 parts of 4-chloro-2-amino-1-oxybenzene are diazotized as usual and prepared in a known manner by acetylating 2-amino-6 with 28.4 parts of 2-acetylamino-6-oxynaphthalene-8-sulfonic acid -oxynaphthalene-8-sulfonic acid, coupled in a weakly alkaline solution. When the coupling has ended, the dye is filtered off and dried.
It is a dark powder that dissolves red in dilute acetic acid, purple in dilute sodium carbonate solution and purple in concentrated sulfuric acid. The dye dyes wool from an acidic bath red-violet; when the dyeing is re-chromed, a blue-gray with excellent fastness properties is obtained.
