Description

Hydraulic pressing plant for pressing fruits. The subject of the present invention is a new type of hydraulic press for pressing fruits.

The essence of the invention is that at least two packing presses are located in the path of movement of a turntable, which the latter carries> correct press beds for the packing presses. In the accompanying drawing, two example execution forms of the subject invention are Darge and it shows:

1 shows an embodiment with four upper pressure presses, which are located in the path of movement of a turntable, FIG. 2 shows the embodiment of the press works according to FIG. 1 in elevation and in the wound position, FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the press works with four negative pressure presses that lie in the trajectory -'- of a turntable,

4 shows the embodiment of the pressing plant according to FIG. 3 in elevation and in the wound position. With 1, 2, 3 and 4 four pack presses designed as upper pressure presses be distinguished, which are in the path of a turntable 5. The four packing presses are arranged like a sector of a circle to the center axis of the turntable. In the present example, the circle sector comprises less than 180. Rotatable rollers 6, which are supported by springs 7, serve as a base for the turntable 5. The resiliently supported abge rollers 6 strive to lift the turntable 5 from the pressure plates 8 of the packing presses, which are located below the turntable.

The turntable 5 carries press beds 9 on the top, the distances BEZW. Pitch match the distances of the packing presses. The Caesamt arrangement and division is such that the number of press beds corresponds to double the number of pack presses and since the number of pack presses present is four, eight press beds 9 are accordingly arranged on the turntable. The turntable 5 has upwardly curved edges 10 and 11, i. H. the turntable has a trough-shaped cross section.

On the inside or outside of the trough-shaped turntable, a juice channel running around can be arranged, into which at least one outlet connection of the turntable opens. The turntable can be advanced manually or mechanically by an eighth of a turn. In the event of a further indexing, the packing material completely squeezed out under the press 1 reaches the emptying position 12. Here the packing sheets are lifted by workers and emptied into the pulp mill 13, which can conveniently be arranged on the outside of the turntable 5.

With 14 the structure is referred to, which is offset by an eighth of the circumference of the turntable relative to the pack press 4. Here the newly filled packs are stacked on one of the press beds 9. Above the turntable 5, a circular sector-shaped roller conveyor track 15 is arranged between the emptying point 12 and the construction site 14 at a certain distance from the turntable. Above the roller conveyor track 15 there is a grinding mill 16 with a lower metering roller 17. Filling frames 18 are placed on the roller conveyor track 15 and covered with packing sheets 19.

When a filling frame 18 with the inserted packing cloth 19 is passed under the grinder 16, the filling frame is filled. After passing the grinding mill, the overhanging corners of the packing sheet 19 are folded upwards so that a closed pack is created. The closed pack is attached to an electric pulley system 20 at the end of the roller conveyor, which is then moved over the construction site 14, whereupon it is lowered onto the already existing stack at the construction site. The roller conveyor track 15 can, if desired, have a mechanical drive.

Instead of a roller conveyor any other Fördervor direction can be used; An endless overhead conveyor would also be conceivable with several electric pulley blocks and supporting devices attached to them, which are intended to accommodate the grids with filling frames and packing sheets. In this case, there is no need for a separate electric pulley system to lower the individual packs, i. H. next to the dismantling site, a grate with filling frame and packing sheet is attached to an electric pulley system or to a similar device.

All control mechanisms for all hydraulic presses, including the control mechanisms that can initiate a further indexing of the turntable, as well as any other control mechanisms for initiating further movement processes and the like can be accommodated in a common control column that can be operated by a single worker.

Corresponding to the number of four pack presses selected in the illustrated embodiment, the complete pressing takes place in four successive stages. In this case, for example, the plungers of the pack presses 4 and 3, which are more intended for pre-pressing, receive a smaller diameter than the diameter of the plungers belonging to the pack presses 2 and 1.

The embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 has four pack presses 21, 22, 23 and 24 formed as vacuum presses. Otherwise, the arrangement of these four pack presses is consistent with the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The turntable here consists of an inner ring 25 and an outer ring 26, which can be connected to each other by cross members.

The inner ring 25 and the outer ring 26 of the turntable serve as a common support for eight equally spaced press beds 27, which can rest loosely on the rings 25 and 26 and are lifted from their base during the pressing process by the press heads of the press pistons of the four pack presses . The device shown for emptying and stacking the packs corresponds to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

Instead of an electric bottle hoist for lowering the packs at the construction site, a hydraulic lifting mechanism arranged under the construction site can also be used in this embodiment, the top plate of the plunger being the same as in the. Plunger of the pack presses between the rings 25 and 26 of the rotary disk can move upwards. Instead of a hydraulic lifting device, a mechanically or manually operated lifting device can be used, which can be arranged either between the rings 25 and 26 of the turntable or on both sides away from the inner and outer ring.

The dismantling site can, as described above with reference to the construction site, be provided with means to be able to adjust the height of the same hydraulically, mechanically or by hand. The number of packing presses can be chosen differently. As a minimum, two pack presses come into question, which can be arranged, for example, diametrically opposite or on a circle sector; the maximum number of presses, however, is by no means limited to the use of four presses, as is the case with the embodiments described and illustrated. Designs are also conceivable which have several circular sectors of presses, it being possible for two or more presses to be assigned to each circular sector.

A dismantling point and a construction point for the packs, optionally combined with a conveyor device, can be seen between the circular sectors.

In the center of the turntable, a column serving as a support and pivot bearing for the turntable could also be arranged, on which column the yokes for the presses can also be anchored.
