Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines als Netz-, Wasch-, Emulgier-, Dispergier-, Egalisier- und Weichmachungsmittel verwendbaren Produktes.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Her stellung eines als Netz-, Wasch-, Emulgier-, Dispergier-, Egalisier- und Weichmachungs- mittel verwendbaren Produktes durch ITm- setzung eines durch Totalhydrolyse von Ei weissstoffen erhältlichen Gemisches von Aminocarbonsäuren mit einer den Rest der Kolophoniumsäure abgebenden Verbindung.
Zur Kondensation mit einem solchen Ge misch kann die Kolophoniumsäure oder ins besondere eines ihrer reaktionsfähigen funk- tionelleu Derivate, wie beispielsweise Kolo- phoniumsäureehlorid oder Kolophoniumsäure- anhydrid, dienen. Man kann hierbei wie im Hauptpatent angegeben, arbeiten.
Das neue Produkt ist ein braunes, vis- koses Öl, das mit festen Anteilen durchsetzt ist. Es eignet sich zu den im Hauptpatent angegebenen Zwecken.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Man lässt zu 70 Cxewichtsteilen einer 30 % igen Lösung eines Eiweisstotalhydro- lysats (hergestellt durch vollständigen Ab bau von Lederabfällen durch Erhitzen mit Kalkmilch im Autoklaven auf 140') bei Zimmertemperatur 20 Gewichtsteile Kolo- phoniumsäurechlorid, in Benzol gelöst, zu laufen,
wobei. man durch allmählichen Zu satz von Natronlauge das Reaktionsgemisch dauernd deutlich alkalisch hält. Man rührt eine Stunde nach und stellt nach dem Ab destillieren des. Benzols auf einen Gehalt von 20 % ein.
Das Produkt ist ein braunes, viskoses 01, das mit festen Anteilen durchsetzt ist. Die Lösungen des Produktes in Wasser zeigen ein gutes Schaumvermögen.

The present invention relates to the manufacture of a product which can be used as a wetting, washing, emulsifying, dispersing, leveling and softening agent by decomposing a mixture of aminocarboxylic acids obtainable by total hydrolysis of proteins with a compound which releases the remainder of the rosin acid .
The rosin acid or in particular one of its reactive functional derivatives, such as, for example, rosin acid chloride or rosin acid anhydride, can serve for condensation with such a mixture. You can work as indicated in the main patent.
The new product is a brown, viscous oil that is interspersed with solid components. It is suitable for the purposes indicated in the main patent.
<I> Example: </I> 70 parts by weight of a 30% solution of a total protein hydrolyzate (produced by the complete breakdown of leather waste by heating with milk of lime in an autoclave to 140 °) are allowed to contain 20 parts by weight of rosin acid chloride at room temperature Benzene dissolved, to run,
