  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 186548.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Umwandlungsproduktes    eines komplex  gebundenes Metall enthaltenden     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein Um  wandlungsprodukt eines komplex gebundenes  Metall enthaltenden     Farbstoffes    herstellen  kann, wenn man die     gobaltverbindung    des       Azofarbsto$'es    der Formel

    einwirken lässt.

      Das     Umwandlungsprodukt    stellt ein gelb  rotes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser nur  sehr wenig; in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure  mit gelber und in     Alkohol    leicht mit schar  lachroter Farbe löst. Aus einer Lösung in  einem handelsüblichen     Nitrozelluloselack    er  hält man auf geeigneten Unterlagen licht  echte lebhaft orange Anstriche.  



       Beispiel:     40 Teile der     Kobaltverbindung    des Farb  stoffes aus     diazotiertem        4-Nitro-2-amino-l-          phenol    und     1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon,     hergestellt nach dem Verfahren der franz.  Patentschrift 758264, werden in 1000 Teilen  Wasser aufgekocht und mit einer Lösung  von 22 Teilen     Rhodamin    6 G extra     (Schultz,          Farbstofftabellen,    Nr. 866) in 500 Teilen  Wasser versetzt. Der neue Farbstoff fällt  aus und wird nach einigem Kochen     abfiltriert     und sehr gut ausgewaschen.
