worin X = S, -0, -CH?, oder -CH=CH- bedeutet oder ihren Substitutionsprodukten, in o-Stellung zur Hydroxylgruppe kuppelt.
Die so erhältlichen Farbstoffe lassen sich in Substanz oder auf der Faser mit zur Kom plexbildung geeigneten Metallen bezw. Me tallverbindungen in die entsprechenden Kom- plexmetallverbindungen überführen. Die auf der Faser hergestellten Komplexverbindungen zeichnen sich im allgemeinen durch gute Walk-, Karbonisier- und Lichtechtheit aus.
Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azo- farbstoffes. Es ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol. diazotierte 4-Nitro-2-amino- phenol-6-sulfonsäure in alkalischer Lösung mit 1 Mol. 3-Oxydiphenylenoxyd kuppelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 1 Mol. diazotierte 4-Nitro-2-aminophenol- 6-sulfonsäure wird in alkalischer Lösung mit 1 Mol. 3-Oxydiphenylenoxyd gekuppelt. Nach beendigter Kupplung salzt,'man den Farbstoff aus, filtriert ihn ab und trocknet. Der Farb stoff stellt ein dunkles Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser löst und Wolle rotbraun- anfärbt. DurchNachchromieren erhält man-ein walk-, karbonisier- und lichtechtes Violettbraun.

The dyes obtainable in this way can be in substance or on the fiber with metals suitable for complex formation. Convert metal compounds into the corresponding complex metal compounds. The complex compounds produced on the fiber are generally characterized by good flexing, carbonizing and lightfastness.
The present patent relates to a process for the production of an azo dye. It is characterized in that 1 mol of diazotized 4-nitro-2-aminophenol-6-sulfonic acid is coupled in alkaline solution with 1 mol of 3-oxydiphenylene oxide.
<I> Example: </I> 1 mole of diazotized 4-nitro-2-aminophenol-6-sulfonic acid is coupled in an alkaline solution with 1 mole of 3-oxydiphenylene oxide. When the coupling is complete, the dye is salted out, filtered off and dried. The dye is a dark powder that dissolves in water and dyes wool reddish brown. After chrome plating, you get a milled, carbonized and lightfast violet brown.
