Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Nitrofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten tes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Nitrofarbstoffes, welches dadurch gekenn zeichnet ist, dass man 1-Chlor-2-nitrobenzol- 4-sulfanilid mit 2',5'-Dimethoxy-4-aminodi- phenylamin-2-carbonsäure kondensiert.
<I>Beispiel:</I> ?88 Gewichtsteile 2',5' - Dimethoxy - 4 - aminodiphenylamin-2-carbonsäure, gelöst in 400 Gewichtsteilen 10%iger Natronlauge- lösung, werden in Gegenwart von 5,0 Ge wichtsteilen Kreide mit 313 Gewichtsteilen 1-Chlor-2-nitrobenzol-4-sulfanilid 10 Stunden bei 120' C unter Druck erhitzt.
Nach Zu gabe von 5,3, Gewichtsteilen calciniertem Natriumcarbonat wird filtriert und der Nitro- farbstoff mit etwas Chlornatrium ausge- salzen. Er stellt in trockenem Zustand ein dun kelbraunes Pulver .dar, das auf Wolle und Seide braune Färbungen von guten Echtheits eigenschaften, insbesondere von sehr guter Lichtechtheit liefert.
