Description

Container for suspension files. The invention relates to a container for hanging files with at least one adjustable partition wall. The invention be is that two opposite side walls of the container below the upper edge have vertical slots at part of their height and the compartment wall is held in the working position by engaging its two perpendicular edges in two opposite slots.

In Figs. 1 and 2 of the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown in cross section and schaubild Lich.

Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the upper edge of an end wall.

According to Fig. 1, the two long sides walls of the sheet steel container 1 formed as a drawer, for example, at the middle part of its height, each with a horizontally ver running, angular, channel-shaped Ausbuch device 2 of shallow depth. Under half of this bulge, each longitudinal side wall has a series of vertical slots 3 which open out into the lower shoulder of the bulge in question at the top. 4 be characterized a transversely placed in the container compartment wall, the two vertical edges (on the drawing only the right edge is visible) at about half the height each have a Ver widening tab 5.

With these tabs 5, the partition wall engages in two opposite slots 3, whereby it is held in the working position. The height of the tabs 5 is slightly smaller than that of the bulges 2, so that if the tabs 5 protrude into the bulges when the compartment wall is raised accordingly, the compartment wall can be pivoted sideways and then removed. Along the upper edge of the end walls, a strip 6, angled inward at the top, is fastened, for example by spot welding. On each of these strips and a compartment wall, as is known, the suspension hooks standing sideways from the hanging filing folders or pockets can be supported.

With the help of arranged at the ends of the upper edge of the compartment walls, protruding upward lugs 7 ver avoided that the outermost, known to be made of sheet metal suspension rails, respectively. -hooks can slide down from the upper edge of the compartment plates.

The embodiment shown in Fig. 2 differs from that shown in Fig. 1 compared to the main thing in that the longitudinal side walls of the container 1, instead of the outwardly pressed bulges, flat, slightly curved Einbuch lines 2a have. Vertical slots 3a are arranged in these indentations. The vertical edges of the partition walls are straight, so that the latter without pivoting backwards in two opposite vertical slots of the indentations 2ca, so inserted by simply lowering or lifting in a vertical position, respectively. can be excluded.

The curvature of the indentations ensures that the hanging files or folders when hanging in the container on the upper edge of the indentations do not open or. can sit up.

Known containers for Hängeregistra structures opposite the walls to hold the compartment, slots at the bottom and openings or slots for receiving hooks on the upper edges of the longitudinal side walls tongues, the container described Be is much easier to manufacture and therefore cheaper. The bottom of the container is completely flat and has no openings in which files or cards can intervene and get stuck.
