Description
Als Zusatz zu Wasch- und -Spülflüssigkeiten verwendbare Mischung. Beim Waschen mit hartem Wasser bil den sieh bekanntlich schwerlösliche Metall seifen, z. B. Kalkseifen, die neben Verlusten an Seife noch andere beträchtliche Nachteile für das Waschgut bedingen.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass ein Gemisch von Alkalien und wasserlöslichen Fluoriden, z. B. Alkalihydroxyden und/oder kohlensauren Al- kalien einerseits, sowie neutralen und/oder sauren wasserlöslichen Fluoriden anderseits nicht nur eine rasche Entkärtung des Was sers bewirkt, sondern auch das Auflösen der bereits gebildeten schwerlöslichen Hetallsei- fen in Wasch- und -Spülwässern herbeiführt.
Bei der Einwirkung der Zusätze werden waschfähige Alkaliseifen zurückgebildet, gleichzeitig bilden sieh schwerlöslicho Me- tallfluoride in sehr feiner Verteilung, die in folge der geringen Teilchengrösse der ent stehenden Verbindungen nicht von -dem Waschgut aufgenommen und mit dem Spül wasser entfernt werden.
Man verwendet z. B. Gemische aus 100 Gewichtsteilen Natriumfluorid und 50 Ge wichtsteilen Natriumkarbonat, 100 Gewichts teilen NaFHF und 100 Gewichtsteilen Na triumkarbonat. 100 Gewichtsteilen KFHF und<B>100</B> Gewichtsteilen Natriumkarbonat; 100 Gewichtsteilen NaFHF und GO Gewichts teilen Natriumhydrogyd, usw.
Man kann auch Zusätze aus mehreren Fluoriden ver wenden, und statt Alkalikarbonaten bezw. Alkalihydrogyclen allein Gemische von Al kalikarbonaten und Alkalihydrogyden be nutzen. Ausserdem kann man dem Gemisch -von Fluoriden und Alkalien auch noch Kar toffelstärke beigeben, deren Zusatz die Wir kung der erstgenannten Stoffe verbessert.
Bei Verwendung der erfindungsgemässen Mischungen wird,die Menge derselben zweck mässig so bemessen, dass unter Berücksichti- gung der Anteile an Fluorverbindungen und Alkalien, die durch die im Wasser vorhande nen Metallsalze niedergeschlagen werden, noch genügend Zusätze in Lösung bleiben, um die Umwandlung der schwerlöslichen Metallseifen in lösliche Verbindungen herbei zuführen.
