Fig. 1 zeigt den Gerüstträger an einer Gerüststange montiert; Fig. 2 ist eine Draufsicht; Fig. 3 zeigt den Träger in zusammen gelegtem Zustand; Fig. 4 ist eine zugehörige Draufsicht;
I>A, B</I> in horizontale Lage kommt.
Gleichzeitig wird ein fester Verband zwi schen Horizontalträger <I>A, B,</I> Strebe C und Spannhebelgaar D erreicht.
Scaffold girders. The subject of the invention is a scaffold girder whose horizontal girder can be changed in length so that the projection can be adapted to the most varied of conditions.
The drawing shows an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows the scaffold carrier mounted on a scaffold pole; Fig. 2 is a plan view; Fig. 3 shows the carrier in the collapsed state; Fig. 4 is a related plan view;
Fig. 5 shows a support rod forming an accessory; Fig. 6 shows a connecting sleeve which also forms an accessory. , The horizontal girder of the console-shaped scaffold girder consists of the support piece A and the extension piece B, which in the.
Support piece A is telescopically displaceable and in any position by the wedge J ge compared to the support piece A can be determined. A stop K attached to the extension piece B has the effect that the piece <I> B </I> cannot be pulled out completely out of the support piece <B> A </B>.
At the other end of the extension rod B, a sleeve E is fastened by wedge action, which serves as a support for the railing rod F or the support rod G (FIG. 5), which is adjustable in its support length.
The connection or support of the scaffolding rod with the building to be scaffolded is achieved through the latter.
The support piece A is reinforced at the end coming to rest against the scaffolding rod and is provided with fastening purposes. A pair of clamping levers <I> D </I> is hinged to this end, which with hooks <I> D '</I> engages the tensioning chain M looped around the scaffolding rod.
At the other end of the support piece A, the strut C is articulated, the free end of which is pointed and penetrates into the scaffolding rod when the carrier is assembled. Clamping lever pair D and strut C have through holes N and 0 through which the through bolt L is inserted in the clamping position.
The scaffolding beam can be folded up and takes up very little space when not in use (Fix. 3 and 4).
It is very easy to use. The opened girder is hung loosely around the scaffolding pole with the chain on the support piece A. The strut C is inserted into the scaffolding pole in such a way that the horizontal beam <I> A, B </I> comes into a horizontal position.
The pair of clamping levers D is then pressed down and secured on the strut C by inserting the bolt L into the appropriate through holes N and 0. As a result, the tensioning chain M is tightened and the scaffolding beam is pressed firmly against the scaffolding rod.
At the same time, a firm bond between horizontal beams <I> A, B, </I> strut C and clamping lever arm D is achieved.
The individual parts of the scaffold girder can also have a different profile than shown in the drawing. The wedge J can be replaced by a clamping screw or an eccentric.
A connecting sleeve H (Fix. 6) can be provided as an accessory, which allows two scaffolding supports to form a trestle, suspended scaffolding. to unite.
