Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Azofarbstoffes. Gemäss dem im Hauptpatent beschriebe- nen Verfahren erhält man einen Aoetalseide in sehr lichtechten klaren -Scharlachtönen an färbenden Farbstoff, wenn man diazotiertes 4-Nitro-l-aminobenzol mit 3-Chlor-l-diogy- äthylaminobenzol kuppelt.
Wie nun weiter ,gefunden wurde, erhält man einen Farbstoff von ganz ähnlichen Eigenschaften, wenn man diazotiertes 2.6- Dichlor-l-amino-4-nitrobenzol mit 3-Brom- 1-dioxyäthjaminobenzol kuppelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Man bereitet eine Diazolösung, indem man bei 25 bis<B>30'</B> 20,7 Teile 2. 6-Dichlor- 1-amino-4-nitrobenzol in durch Eintragen von 7 \feilen Natriumnitrit in 130 Teile kon zentrierte Schwefelsäure bereitete Nitrosyl- schwefelsäure einrührt und die Masse hier auf durch Aufgiessen auf Eis stark ver- dünnt.
Die filtrierte schwefelsaure Diazo- lösiing läuft in eine kalte Lösung von 26 Teilen 3-Brom-l-diogyäthylaminobenzol in 25 Teilen Salzsäure 23 Be und<B>1000</B> Teilen Wasser ein. Man stumpft hierauf mit so viel 1\Tatriumhydrogyd ab, bis die Kupplung be endet ist.
Der Farbstoff färbt Acetatseide in vollen, lichtechten, gelbstichig braunen Tti- ren an.
Process for the preparation of an azo dye. According to the process described in the main patent, an aoetal silk is obtained in very lightfast, clear -charlach tones of coloring dye when diazotized 4-nitro-1-aminobenzene is coupled with 3-chloro-1-diogyethylaminobenzene.
As has now also been found, a dye with very similar properties is obtained when diazotized 2,6-dichloro-1-amino-4-nitrobenzene is coupled with 3-bromo-1-dioxyethjaminobenzene.
<I> Example: </I> A diazo solution is prepared by adding 20.7 parts of 2. 6-dichloro-1-amino-4-nitrobenzene at 25 to <B> 30 '</B> by adding 7 File sodium nitrite in 130 parts of concentrated sulfuric acid, stir in prepared nitrosylsulphuric acid and dilute the mass here by pouring it onto ice.
The filtered sulfuric acid diazo solution runs into a cold solution of 26 parts of 3-bromo-1-diogyethylaminobenzene in 25 parts of hydrochloric acid 23 Be and 1000 parts of water. You then blunt with enough sodium hydroxide until the coupling has ended.
The dye stains acetate silk in full, lightfast, yellow-tinged brown doors.
