Abb. 1 zeigt die Schaltung für den Über- wachungs- und Stellstromkreis eines Wei- chenantriebes. Gezeigt ist .der Ruhezustand, bei welchem -der Überwachungsmagnet an gezogen ist. Der Antriebsmotor 1 ist durch den .Steuerschalterkontakt 2 abgeschaltet;
Abb. 3 zeigt eine andere Ausführung, bei welcher über die Sicherung 8 nicht nur die Leitung 9 zu dem Überwachungsmagneten 10 geführt wird, sondern parallel eine Ab zweigleitung 16, die zueinem Magnetschal ter 17 führt. Beim Durchbrennender Siche rung fällt der Magnetschalter 17 ab und un- terbricht einen ]Kontakt 18, so dass;
auch hiei eine :doppelpolige Abschaltung bewirkt wird.
Control device with a monitoring circuit for the drive devices of points and signals in railway systems. To .Schutz against any extraneous currents that penetrate into the monitoring lines of switch drives or the like, the arrangement has been made so that when the monitoring magnet is switched off, both the line to the power source and the return line were interrupted.
This double interruption was caused by a magnet, which at the same time responded to a fault and thereby indicated the fault. The monitoring fuse was superfluous. However, this is inexpedient because the backup is the most reliable and fastest; effective and also generally my usual malfunction indicator means.
According to the invention, the monitoring fuse is arranged in the monitoring circuit in such a way that, in the event of overheating, the outgoing and return lines are switched off by the fuse.
The simplest way to do this would be to use a fuse that breaks two lines when it blows. This can be achieved by @that two securing threads, each of which is located in a line of the monitoring circuit, through an insulating wall:
are separated, but the wall is set up in such a way that it is destroyed when a thread burns through, so that the second securing thread is also made to burn through.
The same can be achieved by using a switch-off safety device in which the heating or the burning of the thread triggers a mechanical movement of a switch pin, which causes one or both of the switch-offs.
Such fuses are known in various forms for other purposes: have become. The same effect can also be achieved by running a parallel circuit via the fuse outside of the normal circuit, in which there is a magnetic switch which, when blown,
the fuse drops and its armature switches off the two lines.
In the figures of the drawing, three exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated and explained below.
Fig. 1 shows the circuit for the monitoring and control circuit of a turnout drive. Shown is the idle state in which the monitoring magnet is pulled. The drive motor 1 is switched off by the control switch contact 2;
the control line 3 is disconnected from the control current source 6 by the control lever contact 4 and the spring switch contact 5.
The monitoring current flows from the positive pole 7 of the monitoring power source via the one thread 8 of the double thread safety device 19 and the contacts 5 and 4, line 9, control switch contact 2, monitoring magnet 10 and the second thread 11 of the safety device to the negative pole 12 of the Monitoring power source back: When driving up the switch, z.
For example, when using a normal fuse 8, it may blow, but so that the monitoring magnet 10 is not necessarily made to fall off, since it can be attracted by an external current bypassing the fuse.
By using the two-thread safety device 19, however, it is achieved that when the thread 8 is burned through, the thread 11 also burns and thus the monitoring magnet is switched off at two poles and is protected from external currents.
Fig. 2 shows the same circuit when using a cut-off fuse 8, which releases a pin when heated or blown, which causes a contact 13 to be broken. The pen is moved in a known manner, e.g.
B. by the fact that the pin held under spring tension is desoldered by heating or by burning thread and thereby carries out the movement which leads to the interruption of contact at 13. The interruption in the line 9 occurs through the fuse 8 itself: the interruption in the line 14 through .the] contact 13.
Wind applied a fuse 8, which it only warms, so does not burn through, a second contact 15 can be interrupted by the pin at the same time.
Fig. 3 shows another embodiment in which not only the line 9 is led to the monitoring magnet 10 via the fuse 8, but also a parallel branch line 16 which leads to a magnetic switch 17. When the fuse blows, the magnetic switch 17 drops out and interrupts a contact 18 so that;
also here a: double-pole disconnection is effected.
