Decken-Bauelement.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs- gegenstandes ist in der Zeichnung darge stellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch zwei nebeneinanderliegende Deckenbauelemente;
Ceiling component. The present invention relates to a ceiling component.
The ceiling construction element according to the invention is characterized in that it consists of hollow stones lined up to form an elongated structure, an upper wall part interspersed with cavities of greater thickness than the other wall parts and one filled with concrete in the vertical longitudinal center and have a reinforcement containing longitudinal recess, the concrete filling of the hollow blocks of the building element with.
The reinforcement embedded in it forms a reinforced beam that extends to the upper edge of the stones, extends over the entire length of the element and holds the hollow stones lined up together, and where, furthermore, each hollow stone at one end has a transverse to the element the production of the ceiling with concrete to be filled paragraph, and has a laterally projecting flange on each lower longitudinal edge.
The side walls of the recess are expediently inward. ge arched, which training results in a solid connection with the concrete lying in the recess.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, namely: FIG. 1 shows a cross section through two ceiling construction elements lying next to one another;
Fig. 2 shows on a larger scale a single hollow stone to be used for the production of the ceiling construction element according to FIG. 1 in a perspective view.
The ceiling construction element, which is shown laid in Fig. 1 next to the same second ceiling construction element, consists of hollow stones H lined up to form an elongated structure, e.g. B. made of clay, or from a concrete filling inserted into a cavity in the stones and holding the stones together B.
The Tonhohlateine H of the ceiling construction element have a prismatic basic shape and a. Compared to the rest of the wall part strongly thickened upper. Wall part 1, which is traversed by longitudinal channels 2 of triangular cross-section and forms the pressure zone of the construction element.
In the vertical longitudinal center line, the hollow stones have a hollow space that extends from the lower wall 3 to the upper end of the stone 4 and is open at the top, with inwardly curved walls, which is filled with concrete. This concrete filling, which is flush with the upper edge of the stone and embeds the reinforcing bars 6, forms a:
Beam B, which is constricted in the middle according to the curved walls and holds the hollow stones together.
At one end of each hollow stone in the upper wall part over the entire width of a transverse paragraph 7, which is intended in the manufacture of a ceiling using components of the type described for receiving concrete.
The resulting concrete transverse ribs serve on the one hand to transmit pressure between the individual hollow bricks of each element and on the other hand cause a uniform pressure distribution in the direction of the ceiling across the structural elements, as well as a connection of the concrete beams B to one another. If necessary, these cross ribs can also be reinforced.
At the lower longitudinal edge, the building element has lateral longitudinal flanges 8 with which the individual elements rest against one another, and the space 9 (often 1) that is created here is filled with cement mortar during laying.
Since such elements can be produced on site before laying, it is possible to place the same on the bilateral bearings without support or scaffolding, in order to subsequently produce the concrete cross ribs and introduce the mortar filling in. The spaces between the elemen th.
Since such ceiling construction elements can be laid in the fully bound state, the ceiling produced with it is immediately load-bearing. The entire lower visible surface of the element consists of clay, from which no concrete part is visible.
The outer surfaces of the hollow stones are shown smooth in the drawing, but could also be provided with grooves so that the concrete adheres better.
