Passiermaschine.
Passing machine. The subject of the present invention is a passing machine with a perforated base and a rotatably mounted wing that can be operated with a handle.
The new thing is that a bead running in a screw line is pressed into the casing of the machine. The lowest part of the wing is near the perforated bottom. From there it is led, rising more rapidly, to about the level of the upper end of the bead. Through this education from the shell and the wing, a greater performance can be achieved than is the case with the known paper machines.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment is shown schematically, namely: Figure 1 is a section through the machine; 2 is a view from above, and FIG. 3 is a section along the line III-III of FIG. 1. The drawing machine has a conical casing 2 provided with a support arm 1, in which a sieve bottom 3 is exchangeably attached. A bead 4 is pressed into the jacket 2. This begins near the floor 3 and runs. upwards in a conical helix.
One end of a shaft 5 is rotatably mounted in the bottom 3 '. The upper end is in a bridge, 6. The latter has holes 7 near its ends; in these protrude Win angle 8, which are arranged at the top of the shell 9 to.
A spring 11 rests on a disk 10 attached to the spindle 5. This spring strives to press the web 6 against the angle pieces 8. The spring 11 also secures the position of the spindle 5. The latter ends at the top in a crank 13 provided with a handle. The edge of the wing 1.4, which is attached to the spindle 5, runs in a conical helical line. The part of the wing which is in the vicinity of the bottom 3 has no or only a slight slope over a greater length. The latter grows rapidly towards the top: the upper end of the wing is approximately level with the upper end of the bead 4. The wing 14 extends over about 300. The web 6 also has a downwardly protruding retainer 15 made of sheet metal on one longitudinal side.
This extends over the entire length of the Ste up to the inner wall of the shell, it serves to hold back the work piece so that it does not follow the wing. The work material comes to lie under the wing when the wing is turned clockwise and is then gradually pushed through the sieve bottom.
The jacket 4 merges at the bottom into a cylindrical foot 16 with which the passing machine can be placed on a table. The lower end of the shaft 5 penetrating the sieve bottom 3 ends shortly before the standing surface of the foot. To carry the sieve bottom 3 and to secure it against rotation, 16 stops, z. B. tongues or embossments 17 seen before, punched out of the jacket and bent inward, respectively. are embossed in the same. A locking pin 18 on the sieve bottom rests against one of the tongues or indentations 17 and thus prevents the bottom from rotating.
