Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Diazotierfarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Diazo- tierfarbstoffes. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 3,3'-Diaminodiphe- nylharnstoff halbseitig diazotiert und mit dem nach der Aminoseite gekuppelten mittels Schwefelnatrium reduzierten Farbstoff aus diazotiertem p-Nitranilin und 1-Amino-8- naphthol-3,
6-disulfonsäure nach der Naph- tholseite kuppelt.
Der Farbstoff färbt Baumwolle grün an. Nach dem Diazotieren und Entwickeln mit Acetessigester erhält man ein volles Grün von guter Waschechtheit und alkalischer und neutraler Ätzbarkeit.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 242 Teile 3,3'-Diaminodiphenylharnstoff werden mit 69 Teilen Nitrit und 300 Teilen konz. Salzsäure bei möglichst niedriger Tem- peratur diazotiert. Die fertige Diazolösung wird in sodaalkalischer Lösung mit dem mit tels Schwefelnatrium reduzierten Farbstoff aus diazotiertem p-Nitranilin und 1-Amino- 8-naphthol-3,6-disulfosäure (sauer gekup pelt) vereinigt. Die Farbstofflösung wird auf<B>60'</B> angewärmt und der Farbstoff aus gesalzen.
Nach dem Abpressen und Trock nen erhält man einen Farbstoff, der Baum wolle grün anfärbt und nach dem Diazotie- ren und Entwickeln mit Acetessigester ein volles Grün ergibt von guter Waschechtheit und alkalischer und neutraler Atzbarkeit.
Process for the preparation of a diazotizing dye. The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a diazo animal dye. The process is characterized in that 3,3'-diaminodiphenylurea is diazotized on one side and the diazotized p-nitroaniline and 1-amino-8-naphthol-3,
6-disulfonic acid couples to the naphthol side.
The dye stains cotton green. After diazotizing and developing with acetoacetic ester, a full green of good fastness to washing and alkaline and neutral etchability is obtained.
<I> Example: </I> 242 parts of 3,3'-diaminodiphenylurea are mixed with 69 parts of nitrite and 300 parts of conc. Hydrochloric acid diazotized at the lowest possible temperature. The finished diazo solution is combined in a soda-alkaline solution with the dye of diazotized p-nitroaniline and 1-amino-8-naphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid (acid kup pelt), reduced by means of sodium sulphide. The dye solution is heated to <B> 60 '</B> and the dye is salted out.
After pressing and drying, a dye is obtained which dyes the cotton green and, after diazotizing and developing with acetoacetic ester, gives a full green of good wash fastness and alkaline and neutral etchability.
