Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Diazotierfarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegendes Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Diazo-          tierfarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man     3,3'-Diaminodiphe-          nylharnstoff    halbseitig     diazotiert    und mit     1-          Amino    - 5 -     naphthol    - 7 -     sulf        onsäure    nach der       Naphtholseite    kuppelt.  



  Der Farbstoff färbt Baumwolle     bordorot     an. Nach dem     Diazotieren    und     Entwickeln     mit     Toluylendiamin    erhält man ein     rotstichi-          ges    Braun.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  242 Teile     3,3'-Diaminodiphenylharnstoff          werden    mit 69 Teilen Nitrit und 300 Teilen       konz.    Salzsäure bei möglichst niedriger Tem  peratur     diazotiert.    Die fertige     Diazolösung     lässt man in eine     sodaalkalische    Lösung von  239 Teilen     1-Amino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonsäure     einlaufen. Nach beendeter Kupplung wird         abfiltriert,    gepresst und getrocknet. Der er  haltene Farbstoff färbt Baumwolle     bordorot     an.

   Nach dem     Diazotieren    und     Entwickeln     mit     Toluylendiamin    erhält man ein     rotstichi-          ges    Braun.

PATENTANSPRUOH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Diazo- tierfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 3,3'-Diamino-diphenylharnstoff halbsei tig diazotiert und mit 1-Amino-5-naphthol-7- sulfonsäure nach der Naphtholseite kuppelt. Der Farbstoff färbt Baumwolle bordorot an. Nach dem Diazotieren und Entwickeln mit Toluylendiamin erhält man ein rotsticki ges Braun.
