Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wasserlöslichen     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand es vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung  eines wasserlöslichen     Azofarbstoffes,    welches  dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,     dass    man 1     Mol.          Resoroin    mit 1     Mol.        diazotierter        o-Amino-          sulfosalicylsäure    und 1     Mol..diazotierter        5-          Aminoacenaphthen-3-sulfonsäure    vereinigt  und den erhaltenen     Disazofarbstoff    mit einem  chromabgebenden 

      Mittel    behandelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  233 Gewichtsteile     o-Aminosulfosalicyl-          säure    werden, wie üblich, in Gegenwart von  überschüssiger     ,Salzsäure    mit 69 Gewichts  teilen     Natriumnitrit        diazotiert    und mit einer  konzentrierten     wässrigen    Lösung von 110 Ge  wichtsteilen     Resorcin    vereinigt.

   Zu dem Ge  misch lässt man     unter    Rühren bei 0   C lang  sam etwa l500     Vol.-Teile    10     %        ige        Sodalösung          zutropfen,    bis die     Reaktion    deutlich alkalisch  und keine     Diazoverbindung    mehr nachzu  weisen ist.

   Nach vorheriger Zugabe von 150    Gewichtsteilen     calcinierter    Soda zum Mono  azofarbstoff wird in die Lösung desselben  langsam eine     Anschlämmung    der     Diazover-          bindung    von     5-Aminoacenaphthen-3-sulfon-          säure    eingetragen, die durch     Diazotieren     einer feinverteilten     wässrigen    Suspension von  249 Gewichtsteilen     5-Aminoacenaphthen-3-          sulfon:

  säure    mittels     ss9    Gewichtsteilen Na  triumnitrit in Gegenwart von     3,0'0        Vol.-Teilen     roher Salzsäure und Eis erhalten wurde.  Nach     beendeter        Bildung,des        Disazofarbstoffes     wird     ausgesalzen,    isoliert und filtriert. Der  Farbstoff bildet ein dunkelbraunes Pulver.

    68 Gewichtsteile des     Natriumsalzes    des er  haltenen Farbstoffes werden in 500     Volum-          teilen    Wasser gelöst und in Gegenwart von  30     Gewichtsteilen        kristallisiertem    Natrium  acetat mit 15 Gewichtsteilen     Chromfluorid          (Molekulargewicht    109) durch 4stündiges  Kochen am     Rückflusskühler    in die Chrom  verbindung übergeführt.  



  Der erhaltene Farbstoff     stellt    ein schwarz-      braunes Pulver dar, das in Wasser mit     vio-          lettbrauner    Farbe löslich ist und     Leder    in       mahagonibraunen    Tönen von guter Säure-,  Alkali- und     Lichtechtheit    färbt.

  <I> Example: </I> 233 parts by weight of o-aminosulfosalicylic acid are, as usual, diazotized in the presence of excess hydrochloric acid with 69 parts by weight of sodium nitrite and combined with a concentrated aqueous solution of 110 parts by weight of resorcinol.

   About 1500 parts by volume of 10% soda solution are slowly added dropwise to the mixture while stirring at 0 ° C. until the reaction is clearly alkaline and no more diazo compound can be detected.

   After 150 parts by weight of calcined soda has been added to the mono azo dye, a slurry of the diazo compound of 5-aminoacenaphthene-3-sulfonic acid is slowly added to the solution - sulfone:

  acid by means of ss9 parts by weight of sodium nitrite in the presence of 3.0'0 parts by volume of crude hydrochloric acid and ice. When the formation of the disazo dye is complete, it is salted out, isolated and filtered. The dye forms a dark brown powder.

    68 parts by weight of the sodium salt of the dye obtained are dissolved in 500 parts by volume of water and converted into the chromium compound in the presence of 30 parts by weight of crystallized sodium acetate with 15 parts by weight of chromium fluoride (molecular weight 109) by boiling for 4 hours on a reflux condenser.



  The dye obtained is a black-brown powder which is soluble in water with a violet-brown color and dyes leather in mahogany-brown shades of good acid, alkali and light fastness.

PATENT CLAIM: A method for the preparation of a water-soluble azo dye, characterized in that 1 mol. Resorcinol with 1 mol. Dia.zotierter o-aminosulfosalicylic acid and 1 mol. Diazotierte 5-Amizioacenaphtlieii-;

3-sulfonic acid combined. and treating the obtained disazo dye with a chromium donating agent. The dye thus obtained is a black-brown powder which is soluble in water with a violet-brown color and leather in mahogany-brown shades of good acidity. : 3 alkali and light fastness colors.
