eitung der Maschine auftre- tenden Druckschwankungen auf den Flüssig keitsstand im Heizrohr :einwirken, können in :der Nähe der Austrittsstelle für :den Brenn stoffdampf Druckausgl:eiohsöffnungen ange bracht werden, :damit an dieser .Stelle prak- tiseh der ;

Fuel vaporizers, in particular for starting injection internal combustion engines. The invention relates to a fuel evaporator with a heated, fuel-carrying part, which is in open connection with a fuel storage container below the fuel level, in particular to facilitate the start-up of injection:
diesel engines. The invention can, however, also be used to start other internal combustion engines and also to generate an ignitable fuel-vapor-air mixture for the continuous operation of explosion engines. The invention consists in the outlet opening for the fuel vapor being above the highest Fuel level is in the fuel storage tank, and:
that a flow resistance is arranged in the steam path to generate a: back pressure through which part of the fuel that was in the heating zone before the start of heating is in:
the reservoir can be pushed back. With distribution, the flow resistance is arranged in the heating zone and thereby prevents its cross-section from narrowing due to the precipitation of heavier-boiling fuel components. To avoid: that: those in the air supply:
The pressure fluctuations that occur during the operation of the machine can have an effect on the liquid level in the heating pipe: in the vicinity of the outlet point for: the fuel vapor pressure equalization: openings can be made at this point: this.
the same pressure prevails as above (the liquid level in the storage tank.
Several exemplary embodiments are shown in the drawing: of the subject matter of the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows a fuel vaporizer on an internal combustion engine, FIG. Fuel evaporator;
Fig. 3 shows an injection combustion engine with a, further fuel evaporator, which in Fi.g. 1 is shown on a larger scale for section.
With the vaporizer tia.eli I ig. 1 is in the air supply line L of an internal combustion engine, which is provided with a filter F, at the end with:
a nozzle 11 provided tube 10 inserted obliquely from below. The other end of that tube is. Curved upwards and ends in your storage container 12, which is closed with a lid, into which fuel is filled up to a height determined by an overflow 1-1- 3. A heating coil 15 is attached to the tube 10.
The. Device works as follows: When the heating coil 15 is supplied with power. virile. Heats up the tube III and with it the fuel column which reaches up to the level 11 in it. The steam, which soon develops in abundance, is dammed up at the nozzle and drains the liquid

with a large turrg from the nozzle 11 into the air supply line. Leaves the steam generation naeli. this way more fuel enters the heating zone and increases the formation of steam:
If there is too much steam generated, the fuel is forced further out of the heating zone. The Daanpferzeuguäg regulates itself fully lioni- men.
After a short heating period, a very stable and, above all, ignitable fuel vapor air is formed in the heating line, which reaches the cylinders at home, after which it is easily ignited operates the machine as long as the heating device 15 is in operation.
Should the device only be used for the starting process of a fuel injection machine. earth. So Im.nn the storage container <B> 12 </B> be dimensioned small: nevertheless, the fuel only needs to be partially filled in longer time intervals.

<SEP> Since <SEP> is the <SEP> total cross section
<tb> this <SEP> compensated <SEP> is significantly <SEP> greater than that of the opening 3! 7, the pressure in the air supply line L cannot act on the nozzle or the interior of the pipe 20.
In order to avoid with certainty that, when starting up the direction of fuel vapor from the pressure equalization openings .3,9 into; If it comes free, the chamber <B> 3 </B> 8 can be connected by a wide line to the air space located in the container 22 above the liquid. In this case, the overflow pipe 2.4 must also have a large cross section.
The effect of the device is the same as that according to FIG.
According to FIGS. 3 and 4, the tube 20 with the nozzle 11 is completely arranged in the housing 22, which is attached to the air supply line L of the machine M, so that its air space is connected to the line L. The fuel container 40 is separated from the air space located above it by an intermediate wall 41 in which an overflow line 42, which ends freely in the air supply line L, is arranged.
After filling the fuel tank 40, in multi-cylinder internal combustion engines where the vaporizer only works when starting, only the small amount of leak oil that occurs during operation of one of the injection nozzles D is expediently used.
fuel reservoir -I0 screwed in Leekölline 43 dem. Fuel tank 40 is supplied. The tube 20 is arranged in a shaft which penetrates the fuel container 40 and is open at the top, and at the bottom by means of a. Plug 27 attached. This plug 2:
7 is metallic with the bottom of the pipe socket. 23 connected to the container 22, which is connected to the ground of the machine via the air supply line L. The power is supplied through an insulated holder 45, which is guided through the cover of the housing \ _ @ 2, for the outflowing pipe 20 in the heating zone.
Refilling the fuel supply tank 40 with the Leek oil from an injection nozzle is necessary in multi-cylinder internal combustion engines where the evaporator is only used for starting:
is particularly advantageous because the amount of leakage from an injection nozzle, as experience has shown, corresponds approximately to the fuel requirement required for starting purposes. At the overflow, therefore, there is only a small amount of fuel, the removal of which does not require a special Ablei processing pipe.
If necessary, the leakage oil lines of several injection nozzles could of course be introduced into the fuel tank.
A sight glass 34 through which the fuel level in the container 40 can be observed is arranged in a niche 33 of the storage container 40. The functioning of the facility is the same as that of the facilities discussed above.
