Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines Lederfarbstoffes.    Nach dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen       Verfahren    erhält man einen Leder in     echten     Tönen anfärbenden Farbstoff, wenn man       4'-Nitro-4-aminodiphenylamin-2'-sulfosäure     dianotiert, die     Diazoverbindung    mit     1,2-Di-          oxybenzol    kuppelt,

   wenn man ferner     4-Nitro-          1-aminobenzol    dianotiert und diese     Diazover-          hin.dung    mit dem     vorgängig    erhaltenen     Mono-          azofa.rbstoff        weiterkuppelt.     



  Es wurde nun weiter gefunden, dass man  einen Farbstoff von ähnlichen Eigenschaften  erhält,     wenn    man     4'-Nitro-4-amino@diphenyl-          amin-2'-sulfosäure        dianotiert,    die     Diazover-          bindung    mit     1,2-Dioxybenzol    kuppelt, wenn  man weiter     1,3-Diamino-4-nitrobenzol    diano  tiert,

   diese     Diazoverbindung    auf den     vorgän-          gig    erhaltenen     Monazofarbstoff    einwirken  lässt und schliesslich den so gebildeten Farb  stoff mit einer     Verbindung    des zweiwertigen  Kupfers in alkalischer Lösung nachbehan  delt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man lässt     eine    aus 30,9 Teilen     4'-Nitro-4-          aminodiphenylamin    - 2'-     sulfosäure    bereitete       Diazoverbindung    in eine kalte,     sodaalkaliech          gehaltene    Lösung von 11 Teilen 1.     2-Dioxy-          benzol    einlaufen. Die Kupplung erfolgt  augenblicklich.

   Bei ebenfalls     sodaalkalischer          Reaktion    setzt man eine aus     15,3    Teilen       1,3-Diamino-4-nitrobenzol    bereitete     Diazo-          lösung    zu. Dieser so gebildete Farbstoff wird  vor dem     Aussahen    mit einer     Lösung    von  50 Teilen     krist.    Kupfersulfat in .der Wärme  versetzt, wobei durch Zusatz von Soda.     bezw.     Ammoniak dafür Sorge getragen wird,     dass     die     Reaktionslösung    ständig alkalisch bleibt.

    Dies kann auch erzielt werden, indem man  eine Lösung von Kupfersulfat benutzt, die  mit Ammoniak     übersättigt    ist. Der Farbstoff  färbt Chromleder und vegetabilisch .gegerbtes  Leder in     .gedeckten    Havannatönen guter       Echtheit.

  It has now also been found that a dye with similar properties is obtained when 4'-nitro-4-amino @ diphenylamine-2'-sulfonic acid is dianotated, the diazo compound is coupled with 1,2-dioxybenzene when further 1,3-diamino-4-nitrobenzene diano tiert,

   allows this diazo compound to act on the previously obtained monazo dye and finally post-treats the dye formed in this way with a compound of divalent copper in an alkaline solution.

      <I> Example: </I> A diazo compound prepared from 30.9 parts of 4'-nitro-4'-aminodiphenylamine-2'-sulfonic acid is allowed to run into a cold, soda-alkaline solution of 11 parts of 1,2-dioxybenzene . The coupling is instantaneous.

   If the reaction is also alkaline with soda, a diazo solution prepared from 15.3 parts of 1,3-diamino-4-nitrobenzene is added. This dye thus formed is before looking with a solution of 50 parts of crystalline. Copper sulphate is added to the heat, with the addition of soda. respectively Ammonia ensures that the reaction solution remains alkaline at all times.

    This can also be achieved by using a solution of copper sulfate that is supersaturated with ammonia. The dye dyes chrome leather and vegetable tanned leather in muted Havana tones with good fastness.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a leather dye, which is characterized by the fact that 4'-nitro-4-aminodiphenylamine- @ 2'-sulfogic acid is diazotized, the diazo compound is coupled with 1,2-dioxybenzene, that one also uses 1 ,:

3- Diamino-4-nitrobenzene is diazotized and this diazo compound is allowed to act on the previously formed ionoazo dye and finally the dye thus formed is treated in an alkaline solution with a compound of bivalent copper. The dye dyes chrome leather and vegetable tanned leather in muted Havana tones with good fastness.
