Etui à cigarettes. La présente invention a pour objet un étui à cigarettes, présentant au moins deux faces de grandes dimensions et deux parties articulées l'une .à l'autre.
Cet étui est caractérisé en ce que l'arti culation de ses deux parties se trouve sur l'une desdites faces de grandes dimensions.
L'étui, objet de l'invention, est spéciale ment destiné à recevoir un paquet de ciga rettes, à permettre l'ouverture de ce paquet et la conservation des cigarettes en bonne forme même une fois le paquet entamé.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention: Les fig. 1 et 2 montrent un étui .à ciga rettes selon l'invention, vu de face et vu en plan, cet étui étant garni d'un paquet de cigarettes.
Les fig. 3, 4 et 5 sont des coupes selon. les lignes III-III, IV-IV et respective ment V-V de la fig. 1.
La fig. 6 est une coupe montrant l'étui partiellement ouvert. Les fig. 7 et 8 représentent une variante de la forme d'exécution représentée aux figures précédentes, cette variante compor tant un dispositif de sectionnement du paquet de cigarettes placé dans l'étui.
En référence aux fig. 1 à 6 inclusivement, l'étui représenté est constitué par deux par ties métalliques articulées l'une à l'autre par une charnière 10. Ces deux parties 11 et 12 ont la forme de parallélipipèdes rectangles et sont semblables l'une à l'autre. Elles pré sentent chacune à l'une de leurs extrémités un double fond 13, et un ressort 14 est placé dans le logement formé, par ce double fond.
Ce ressort à boudin 14 est fixé à l'une de ses extrémités à la partie 11 et à son autre extré mité à la partie 12; il tend constamment par sa traction à maintenir les deux parties 11 et 12 plaquées l'une contre l'autre, comme représenté aux fig. 1 à 4.
