Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von     ühlormetaaylenolazophenylsnlfonamid.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einer  Verbindung mit     therapeutiseh        interessanten          baktericiden    Eigenschaften gelangen kann.  wenn die     Diazoverbindung    des     4-Aminoben-          zolsulfonamids        mit        Chlormetaxylenol    in Ge  genwart verdünnter     Alkalilauge    kuppelt.

   Die  bisher     unbekannte    Verbindung stellt ein  braunrotes Pulver dar, das     in    Lauge mit       kräftig    roter Farbe löslich ist,     und,das    durch       ITmlösen    in     alkalischer    Lösung und Fällen  mit Säure gereinigt werden kann.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man     @diazotiert    eine Lösung von 20,8 g  4 -     Aminoben.zolsulfonamidohlorhydrat    in  100     em@    Wasser und 15 am'     konzentrierter     Salzsäure mit einer     Nitritlösung    aus 6,9 g       Natriumnitrit    bei 4       C    und kuppelt mit einer    Lösung von 15,6g     Chlormetaxylenol    in über  schüssiger     verdünnter    Natronlauge. Durch  Ansäuern     wird    das     Chlormetaxylenolazophe-          nylsulfonamid    als     braunrotes    Pulver ausge  fällt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung von Chlor metaxylenolazophenylsulfonamid, daduTCüh ge kennzeichnet, daB man die Diazoverbindung des 4-Aminobenzodsulfonamids mit Chlor- metaxylenol in verdünnter Natronlauge kup pelt. Das neue Produkt stellt -ein braunrotes Kristallpulver .dar, das in alkalischer Lösung sich mit roter Farbe löst. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of chlorine metaxylenolazophenylsulphonamide, which is characterized by the fact that the diazo compound of 4-aminobenzodsulphonamide is coupled with chlorometaxylenol in dilute sodium hydroxide solution.
