Description

Kraftfahrzeug.

Motor vehicle. The invention relates to a motor vehicle in which the floor forms part of the chassis, and be is that the downwardly open, self-supporting hood-forming car body is placed on the frame cross members of the Fahrgestel les and only at four to six points the same is releasably connected to be easily removed.

There are already motor vehicles known in which the car body forms a hood open at the bottom, the lower edges of which are verbun via numerous screw connections to the side members of the chassis. This type of attachment of the car body to the chassis has the disadvantage that the removal of the car body is very time-consuming and that the car body is affected by the unavoidable twisting of the frame side members of the chassis, which greatly reduces its service life.

The invention avoids these disadvantages in that the car body is not attached to the side members of the chassis, but to the cross members of the same, where the car body from the twisting of the frame side members remains unaffected.

Another advantage of the invention is that the car body is only connected to the cross members of the chassis at four to six points so that it can be easily removed. As a result, it is not only possible to lift off the car body in the shortest possible time, but also to set up a car body of another type as quickly as possible. Thanks to this type of fastening, a car body, for example, can be exchanged for a truck body as quickly as possible.

The object of the invention is illustrated in more detail in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment. It shows; 1 shows a side view of the vehicle and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the same.

The car body is divided into three rooms, namely the passenger compartment 1, the engine compartment 2 and the luggage compartment 3, which the latter is designed so that it can take up both the spare wheels and the suitcase. The car body thus includes all rooms of the vehicle and thus makes separate attachments for the engine and / or. Trunk unnecessary. The car body forms a self-supporting, downwardly open hood, which is stiffened by only two transverse walls 4 and 5.

These transverse walls 4 and 5 are not only used to stiffen the car body, but bil the same time the end walls of the interiors; In addition, the transverse wall 5 takes on the rear seats, which are thus attached to the Wa genkasten itself. The front seats are attached to the floor, not shown, which forms part of the chassis. The bottom plates can either bezw with the frame longitudinal support 15. the cross members 13, 14 consist of one piece or be inserted between them, in each case so that they are independent of the car body.

The car body is on the transverse walls 4, 5 only in the four points 6, 7, 8, 9 (Fig. 2) on the underlying cross beams 13, 14 of the chassis releasable, for. B. fastened by screws 16, 17 so that it can be easily removed from the chassis, including the fenders 11, 12, which are carried by the car body itself who the.

The roof of the car body, which is supported at the front on the cowl parts 10 and at the rear on the transverse wall 5, has no cross supports. In contrast, beads are provided to stiffen the roof, which consists of pressed parts. These beads not only stiffen the roof, but also prevent the sheet metal parts from roaring.

The motor vehicle can be provided with a front-mounted engine instead of a rear-facing engine. 0l) namely, the engine or luggage compartment in the car body is in the front, is irrelevant for the invention. It is also unimportant whether the chassis of the vehicle is equipped with a central tubular frame or with longitudinal members. Instead of four points, the car body can also be connected to the cross members of the chassis at six points so that it can still be easily removed.
