Description

Zentralheiznngskessel.

Central heating boiler. The present invention relates to a central heating boiler. This is characterized by several interconnected, water-filled elements, consisting of two separate cylindrical water jackets that delimit an annular smoke outlet channel, a pipe basket consisting of at least one part and arranged within these water jackets with collecting spaces, as well as another, which Wall of a water jacket forming the fuel chamber, the whole thing

that of the two first-mentioned water jackets the outer one is connected to the water return line and to a collecting pipe arranged outside the boiler, the latter also being connected to the other water jackets and the pipe basket, which in turn, each separately, are connected to a common outlet collecting pipe .

The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of a central heating boiler according to the invention.

Fig. 1 shows a vertical axial section through the boiler; Fig. 2 shows the kettle in plan view, with the lid closing the kettle removed. The boiler shown consists essentially of four elements, namely an outer water jacket 1, a central water jacket 2, a pipe basket 3 with Sam mel chambers 33 and 34 and a fuel chamber 32 with a wall 4 consisting of a water jacket.

The space enclosed by the middle What sermantel 2 is closed at the bottom by a grate 5, while the annular space 6 is connected between the water jackets 1 and 2 below with the chimney draft 7 and above with the space 8 enclosed by the central water jacket 2, in which the tube basket 3, the inner water jacket 4 to give is used. This tube basket can be made from one or more parts. The fuel chamber 32 has an opening that is closed at the top by a removable cover 9. The boiler is closed at the top by a cover 10 and is supported on a foundation 11 at the bottom.

The outer water jacket 1 is partly connected to a return line 12 opening into the water jacket below, partly through a connector 13 provided above in the water jacket 1 with a collecting pipe 14 attached outside the boiler.

This collecting pipe is connected at the bottom to the central water jacket 2 by pipes 15, which, incidentally, also serve to support the grate 5, these pipes 15 being connected to pipe sockets 16 arranged on this water jacket by pipe connections 17 located outside the boiler are. The middle water jacket 2 also has pipe sockets 18 at the top, which are connected to pipes 20 by pipe connections 19, the latter leading to an outlet manifold 21.

The collecting pipe 14 is also provided with two pipe sockets 22 which are connected by pipe connections 23 with two pipe sockets 24 which open below into the collecting spaces 33 of the pipe basket 3, the collecting spaces 34 of which are provided with pipe sockets 25 at the top, which are connected by pipe connections 26 are connected to the tubes 27 which open into the collecting tube 21. The tube basket 3 thus forms an inde pendent element in the boiler, which is connected to the manifold 14 on the one hand and to the manifold 21 on the other side.

In the same way, the inner, the fuel chamber 32 surrounding the water jacket 4 by means of the pipes 28 and 29 through pipe connections 30 and 31 also connected on the one hand to the manifold 14 and on the other hand to the manifold 21 so that this jacket is an independent element in the boiler forms.

Incidentally, the boiler is provided with valves and hatches in a manner known per se for the purpose of supplying primary and secondary air and for cleaning ash, slag and soot.

It can be seen that all Rohrver connections 17, 19, 23, "26, 30 and 31, with which the boiler elements are connected to each other via the header pipes 14 and 21, are easily accessible outside the boiler, so that the elements can easily be taken apart In particular, it will be possible to separate and remove the fuel chamber 32 and the tube basket 3 and then to put the boiler into operation so that operation does not have to be shut down while these parts are being repaired.

This design also creates a boiler that has only a very small water space and very long smoke ducts and is therefore economical to operate and can be heated very quickly.

Such a boiler finally offers the advantage that it can be conveniently provided with a very large grate surface, which makes it easy to use for fuel of all types, including fuel of only low calorific value, which, in addition to the properties mentioned above, makes the boiler suitable for makes it particularly suitable for use in nurseries.
