Description

Fig.1.

Device for dampening humming noise on electricity meters. In the endeavor to use electricity meters, a humming noise may occur. To dampen, one has already come to various arrangements, whereby one concentrated in particular on a corresponding construction of the sub-camp. From this endeavor, sub-camps have emerged whose:

Track part in the camp by a helical spring is kept free, swingable on all sides. Such bearings are complicated in structure and it is difficult to weigh the deflectability of the Sohraubenfeder in all directions to achieve precise centering of the track parts.

The invention relates to a device for damping humming noises on electricity meters, in which the track part of the base with play in the fixed part of the base is .gehal th by a leaf spring,

Üass it can swing freely in the direction perpendicular to the drive iron of the meter.

The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the object of the invention. Fig. 1 illustrates an elevation of parts in .Schnitt and Fig..2; an elevation rotated by 9.0 'compared to wire Fig. L; Fig. $:

FIG. 3 shows a cross section along the line A-A of FIG. Fig.1.

For the sake of clarity, the parts that are important for the invention are shown in the drawing on a larger scale than parts that only serve to identify the position of the important parts in the meter.

1 with the tension iron, with 2 the current iron and with .3 the drive pulley of an electricity meter. 4 is a fixed support in the housing of the meter.

This has a power of 5, Idas is provided with flattened areas 5 '. In this high 5 an externally threaded bush 6 is inserted from below, the thread of which is flattened at two opposite points. The flats,

of the thread of the sleeve 6 fit into the flats 5 'so that the sleeve 6! in the. Carrier 4 has been moved, but cannot be rotated. To set and fix the sleeve 6 in the meter, two nuts 7, 8,

from above respectively. down at the. Carrier 4 are attracted.

In the bush 6, a head 9 is pushed from below, which lies with a flange 10 against the front edge of the bush 6 and is held in the bush 6 by a union nut 11. The lower end of a leaf spring 12 is inserted into the head 9 and secured therein by a bolt 13. The bolt 1:

3 protrudes at both ends of the head 9 and into slots 14 of the sleeve 6. As a result, the angular position of the leaf spring 12 to the drive iron 1, 2 is determined in connection with the U ntotability of the sleeve 6, in such a way that the plane of the leaf spring is parallel to the plane of the drive iron.

The upper end of the leaf spring 12 is inserted into the saving part 15 of the lower bearing, which saving part receives the tip of the axis 16 of the drive pulley 3 and lies within the bushing, which is the fixed part of the lower bearing, with play.

Due to the arrangement described, the saving part 1.5 of the base can swing in the direction perpendicular to the drive iron and there are vibrations of this saving part,

as they arise through the currents inducing the drive pulley 3 from the drive iron to the spar part, captured and compensated so that they do not affect the wall of the fixed lower bearing part, i.e. H. the sleeve .6 can transfer.

Vibrations such as those that could be generated by the braking flow of permanent magnets used in such counters, given the appropriate arrangement in effective connection with the currents induced in the drive pulley,

are caught by this arrangement of the savings part 15 and compensated for.

The above-mentioned effect avoids the annoying humming noise, which easily occurs when the saving part is firmly guided in the lower bearing, or at least dampens it so that it is practically not noticeable.

However, the leaf spring prevents the track part 15 from springing in the direction parallel to the drive iron 1, 2, i.e. H.

in the direction of the torque, so that a vibration in this direction, which could affect the gear of the drive of the counter in a noise, is also avoided as far as possible.

The arrangement of the track part @ s with play in the fixed part of the base also contributes to the latter, as this also means that vibration components of the track part in the direction of the torque do not affect the wall of the bushing, i.e. H. can be transferred to the fixed base part.

The use of a leaf spring facilitates the centering of the saving part in the meter by only springing in one path or direction.
