Description

Process for the production of heat-insulating, silure-free, seamless floor coverings. The present invention relates to a method for producing heat-insulating, acid-free, seamless floor coverings.

The method can be carried out, for example, as follows: First, a leveling and insulating layer is loosely applied to the floor substructure. This leveling and insulating slide can be made of sand, or peat, or sawdust, or cork, or Thermosite pumice and the like. The thickness of this layer can vary. On the leveling and insulating layer, insulation panels, which can have a size of 0.50 X 1.00 m and are completely dry, are laid dry.

Cement is used as a binding agent and cork, thermosite pumice, sand and sawdust are used as additional materials to produce these insulating panels.

A joint-free coating, namely a smooth coat, consisting of cement, brick flour, stone dust, wood flour, cork flour, sand and 3 liters of water on one square meter with a smooth coat approx. Color can be added to this seamless coating.

The floor covering described can be used as a base for linoleum, rubber, parquet ete. and due to its construction it is excellent sound-insulating, warm to the feet, crack-free, pressure-resistant, etc. It can also be used as a floor covering that can be walked on directly.
