Description

  

  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 193354.    Verfahren Herstellung eines Mischdüngers.    Im     Hauptpatent        ist    ein Verfahren zur  Herstellung eines Mischdüngers beschrieben,  der zur Hauptsache aus Rohphosphaten und  schwefelsaurem Ammoniak besteht, wobei  dem Gemisch von Rohphosphat und     Ammon-          sulfat    ein geringer Prozentsatz eines freie  Phosphorsäure oder wasserlösliche Salze der  selben enthaltenden Stoffes zugesetzt wird,  zum Zwecke,     Ammoniakverluste    zu verhin  dern.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass ein Misch  dünger, der Knochenmehl und ein     Ammo-          niumsalz,    insbesondere     Ammonsulfat,        sowie     geringe Mengen eines freie Phosphorsäure  oder wasserlösliche Salze derselben enthal  tenden Stoffes enthält, die gleichen Wirkun  gen auszuüben imstande ist und die gleichen  Vorteile bietet, wie der gemäss dem Verfah  ren des Hauptpatentes hergestellte Misch  dünger. Auch hier haben die zusätzlichen  Phosphate die Wirkung, frei werdendes Am  moniak sofort in Form von     Ammonphosphat          bezw.    Doppelsalzen desselben zu binden.  



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist    also ein Verfahren zur Herstellung     eines    zur  Hauptsache aus Knochenmehl und einem       Ammonsalz    bestehenden     Mischdüngers,    da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass man dem Gemisch  von     Knochenmehl    und     Ammonsalz    eine ge  ringe Menge eines freie Phosphorsäure oder  wasserlösliche Salze derselben enthaltenden  Stoffes zusetzt.  



  Der Dünger kann     beispielsweise    4 kg  Knochenmehl, 1,6 kg     Ammonsulfat    und  0,08 kg Superphosphat mit<B>18%</B> P205 ent  halten.

  The subject of the present patent is therefore a process for the production of a mixed fertilizer consisting mainly of bone meal and an ammonium salt, characterized in that a small amount of a substance containing free phosphoric acid or water-soluble salts thereof is added to the mixture of bone meal and ammonium salt.



  The fertilizer can contain, for example, 4 kg bone meal, 1.6 kg ammonium sulfate and 0.08 kg superphosphate with <B> 18% </B> P205.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Misch düngers, der zur Hauptsache aus Knochen mehl und einem Ammo-nsalz besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man dem Gemisch von Knochenmehl und Ammonsalz eine geringe Menge eines freie Phosphorsäure oder was serlösliche Salze derselben enthaltenden Stof fes zusetzt.
