Description

Drehgestell, insbesondere an verhältnismässig leichten elektrisch betriebenen Schienenfahrzeugen.

Bogie, especially on relatively light electrically operated rail vehicles. The bogie according to the invention is intended for relatively light tram and overland vehicles.

There are bogies for light, elec trically powered rail vehicles are known in which the coaxial with the direction of travel arranged electric motors even above the pivot and on both sides of the side members are attached and the motor drives the two axes via a pair of bevel gears. This arrangement has the advantages that you can once accommodate a relatively large engine power in a small bogie, and that the center of gravity of the bogie coincides approximately with the focus of the heavy engine.

The subject of the invention is a bogie, in particular testify to relatively light, electrically operated rail vehicles, the drive motor of which, with its axis in the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle between the drive axles, is provided with the pivot pin and is rigidly connected to the side members of the bogie, works on both drive axles via a pair of bevel gears each and is supported on the two drive axles by means of arms, whereby according to the invention at least one of the two drive axles is an oscillating axis,

whose two bearings are seated on arms that are pivotable around pins attached to the motor housing with a common axis parallel to the drive axis and are supported by springs against the longitudinal members of the bogie, and furthermore there is play between the large drive bevel gear and the oscillating axis and one of these Game is arranged according to the flexible coupling on all sides.

In the drawing, a bogie with three point support in longitudinal section (Fix. 1) and floor plan (Fix. 2) is shown as Ausführungsbei the invention. The three-point support is known per se in such bogies comprising the motor as an essential component, in such a way that the bogie is supported with two arms on one axis and only one middle arm on the other axis, the latter also being the housing for the bevel gear pair driving this axis.

In the exemplary embodiment, the axis of the motor a lies in the center plane of the vehicle. On top of its housing is the pivot b, and the two longitudinal members c of the bogie les are attached to its flanks. The spring pots d arranged on both sides of the longitudinal beams c take on cylindrical coil springs for carrying the car body. On the front side of the motor an arm e is screwed, which is also a bevel gear housing and contains spherically adjustable bearings f for the front drive axle. The motor works via two pinions g, h and large bevel gears i, L, on the two drive axes in and n.

The rear drive axis n is designed as an oscillating axis and oscillates around the pivot points p of the bearing arms q. These are provided with spring pots and springs r on which the two longitudinal members e of the bogie rest. The large bevel gear k surrounds the drive axis i? with a hollow hub j and is connected to it by a spring clutch o so that the drive axis can swing completely freely around the points p. If. the front drive axis comes to oscillate, so it takes part of the bogie with the arm e and the motor a, which is possible, please include because the pivot b has a certain mobility or suspension.

The possibility of an inclined position of the axis m is given by the spherically adjustable bearings f, but lateral deviation is prevented by the guide arms s linked to the housing a and a return of the axis m to its central position is ensured by the four leaf springs t.

If you want to prevent part of the engine mass from oscillating, you can design the front drive axis m as an oscillating axis as well as the rear axis n. The bogie is then supported in four points and can be built completely symmetrically in both axes.
