Beim Beispiel gemäss Fig. 3 wird zurr Aufheizen des Boilers 3 statt 0I Wasser be nutzt. Die Zirkulationsleitung 5, 5' enthält hier demzufolge Wasser. Aus der Heizschlange 4 nimmt das erhitzte Wasser seinen Weg durch den aufsteigenden Strang 5' der Zir- kulationsleitung 5, 5', wobei mittels des Reg lerorganes 13 ein Teil, zum Beispiel 3;
'4 des Wasserstromes, den) Hilfsbehälter 6 zufliessen kann, während dessen übriger Teil durch das Rohr 12' der äussern Kammer 11 des Boilers 3 zufliesst und durch das Rohr 12 zur Zir- kulationsleitung 5, 5' zurückfliesst.
Water heating system with boiler. In the hot water preparation system according to the invention with a boiler, a heating coil housed in the furnace of the boiler is connected by a circulation line to an auxiliary tank, the latter being connected to a heating pipe connected to the boiler, the whole thing in such a way that the heating water flow from the auxiliary tank also receives heat can be performed.
This training respectively. Operating mode of the water heating system enables a relatively large saving in fuel.
In the drawing, two embodiments of the subject invention are illustrated schematically.
Fig. 1 shows the first example; Fig. 2 shows a variant of a single unit thereof and Fig. 3 shows the second example.
In Fig. 1, 1 is a boiler, for example for the central heating, the radiators are connected to the two strands 2, 2 'of the heating line, which open in the usual manner according to regulations in an expansion tank. In the vicinity of the boiler 1, a boiler 3 is arranged, to the given case several points of consumption for hot water, such as a sink and a bathtub can be connected by pipes. To heat the boiler, a heating coil 4 is installed in the furnace of the heating boiler 1, which is connected to the auxiliary container 6 by a circulation line 5, 5 '.
This auxiliary container 6 represents an expansion vessel and has a double jacket 7 which forms an outer water chamber 8 which is connected to the two strands of the heating line 2, 2 'by two pipes 9, 9'. On the boiler 3, an outer chamber 11 is formed with the aid of a double jacket 10, which is connected to the two strands of the circulation line 5, 5 'by two pipes 12, 12'. A regulator element 13, for example a three-way cock, is installed at the junction of the pipe 12 'with the ascending branch 5' of the circulation line 5, 5 '. The auxiliary container 6 has an overflow 14.
The chamber 11 surrounding the boiler 3 and the auxiliary container 6 contain oil which can move through the circulation line 5, 5 'and the pipes 12, 12'. The heating of the oil takes place in the heating coil 4 located in the combustion chamber of the boiler 1.
The oil takes its way from the ascending line 5 'of the circulation line 5, 5' to the auxiliary container 6 and through the pipe 12 'into the outer chamber 11 formed on the boiler 3, and through the pipe 12 to the circulation line 5, 5'; By means of the regulator element 13, for example, 3/4 of the oil flow to the auxiliary container 6 and 1/4 of the oil flow to the chamber 11 can be let through. The auxiliary container 6 and the boiler 3 are thus heated.
The oil in the auxiliary container 6 emits its heat to the outer water chamber 8, which additionally supplies heat to the water flow in the ascending branch 2 'of the heating line 2, 2' through the pipe 9 '.
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs from the explained example only in that a pipe coil 15 serving for heating is arranged in the boiler 3 and connects the pipes 12 and 12 'to one another. The coil 15 here replaces the outer oil chamber of the boiler provided in the example explained first.
In the example according to Fig. 3 zurr heating up the boiler 3 instead of 0I water be used. The circulation line 5, 5 'therefore contains water here. From the heating coil 4, the heated water takes its way through the ascending branch 5 'of the circulation line 5, 5', whereby by means of the regulator element 13 a part, for example 3;
4 of the water flow that can flow into the auxiliary container 6, while the remaining part flows through the pipe 12 'of the outer chamber 11 of the boiler 3 and flows back through the pipe 12 to the circulation line 5, 5'.
The heated water flowing through the ascending line 5 'of the circulation line 5, 5' to the auxiliary container 6 can flow from this) through the pipe 15 to the ascending line 2 'of the heating line 2, 2' in order to add additional heat to the water flow; surplus or Less warm water can take its way from the subdivided into two chambers auxiliary container 6 into the connected return line 5 of the circulation line 5, 5 '
