Wird nun idie Primärwicklung an eine Wechselepannung gelegt, so -erzeugt diese einen Kraftfluss, 0l im Kern der Primärwick- lung, welcher sich in der Hauptsache über .den;

rändern lässt, was für bestimmte Zwecke grosse Vorteile verspricht.
Sheathed transformer with device to increase the spread. The subject of the present invention is a jacket transformer with a device for increasing the spread, for the purpose of protecting the windings from overload.
Sheathed transformers are already known in which stray bars are switched on between the windings. However, these are either:
See the spoken air gap switched on, or the necessary butt joints between the litter, yoke and core are arranged in such a way that the main field cannot influence them.
The device for increasing the scattering in the jacket transformer according to the invention is free of air gaps. Stre- stq9e which are used in such a way that, between these and the core, respectively there are no butt joints in the yokes which are not in the area of the main force flow in the distance and in the yoke,
for the purpose of reducing the butt joint resistance. The ends of the spreading sheets can be provided with attachments, which lie in grooves of the lateral yokes and the cores, or the lateral yokes, the core and the spreading bars can consist of one
Piece be punched out., Then the butt joints between the connecting yoke and the core, respectively. the side yokes can be mortised and overlapped.
If the ends of the spreading sheets are provided with shoulders that are inserted into the corresponding grooves in the core and in the yoke,
the main sheets of the cores and yokes made of congruent two-part sheets. be put together,
which are used at the .joints overlapped by means of prongs. By enlarging. the transverse center of the approaches of the litter web, which are located in the grooves, the influence of the Stossfugernampe @ turns can be reduced so much,
that their influence is negligibly small, whereby a copper reduction is possible and a much smaller voltage drop occurs with a higher efficiency.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in two exemplary embodiments as a Menteltransformator for single-phase and three-phase current with various St.reblech- arrangements.

The two-part sheet metal part is composed of two adjacent single-phase transformers according to FIG. 1, FIG. 7 shows the section of the cores, the yokes and the diffuser sheets inserted in the grooves of the five-legged three-phase transformer, FIG. 8 shows the view of a complete sheet metal for the part of the iron body in which the spreading strip is located,
when the side yokes, the spreading bars: and the cores are punched together from a common piece and the connecting yokes made as special punched pieces overlap with the side yokes and cores by means of grooves and prongs are used . 9 is a view of a complete sheet for the part of the iron body,
in which the scatter plates inserted in the grooves lie, if the cores and yokes are formed from rectangular strips, FIG. 10 the schematic view of a complete plate for a five-legged three-phase transformer,
when the scattering sheets are inserted into grooves in the cores and yokes and the cores and yokes are put together from cut rectangular sheets, FIG. 11 shows the schematic view of a jacket transformer according to FIG. 1 with scattering sheets embedded in grooves, the wick lungs and the course of the leakage flux,
if the primary winding or the secondary winding or both are divided into two parts for the purpose of series or parallel connection and therefore several .Streustege are necessary.
The jacket transformer according to the Ausführungsbei shown in Fig. 1 to:> game has the core k and the yokes i, made of symmetrical, two-part metal sheets with in the butt joints of the cores and Yokes provided overlapped prongs are made.
Two windings are placed on the middle core in such a way that on one side: the primary winding Pr and on the other side the secondary winding Sek . The rectangular litter plates have rectangular lugs An at their ends, which are inserted into the punched grooves between the cores and yokes.
The approaches An of the I-shaped diffuser plates have the purpose of increasing the butt joint cross-section and reducing the butt joint ampere turns.
This arrangement therefore allows a better force flow transition from the spreading web to the yoke or from the core to the spreading web and therefore also causes a stronger influence of the butt joint resistance by the main force flow, since the butt joints in both the yoke and the core ,
des Streustegevs are completely traversed by part of the main force flux and thus their magnetic resistance is reduced, whereby the voltage drop is further reduced.
If the primary winding is now connected to an alternating voltage, this generates a power flow, 0l in the core of the primary winding, which is mainly via.
, Secondary core closes with the force flow 0 over the yokes, but already when idling. A @ scattering force flow 0 "o over the stray webs St, corresponding to the magnetic resistance co", of the. Stray force line path of the Stremteges and
of the magnetic resistance a) zo of the secondary path of the lines of force of the secondary circle. For the.
The law applies to the relationship between the flow of forces from the secondary circuit and from the scatter circle
EMI0003.0045
d. H. the flux of forces of the scattering and secondary circles: they behave in reverse as the magnetic resistances of these circles.
If the secondary winding is loaded up to the short circuit, the power flow generated by the secondary current pushes the main power flow back in the secondary circuit until again at:
Short circuit Idas ratio of the power flows, in the scattering web and .secondary circle in the. inverse relationship or magnetic resistances @theseea circles and adjust themselves with this load. The secondary current. can, therefore, in the event of a short circuit, only as large:
If, until a steady state is reached, the secondary flow can be adjusted to any desired size by selecting the cross-section of the bedding, the cross-section of the butt joint and the material.
The spreading webs can from the core, and the; Yokes, consist of different magnetic material.
It has now shown that the more perfect @ the iStoss @ fugenampe windings of the, stray ridges can be compensated or reduced and depending on: the material used the:
Spreading bars themselves and according to the way in which these spreading bars are inserted and. : the joint cross-sections are enlarged, .the course of the secondary voltage drop is different,
greatly reduced wind. Experiments have shown that 'an enlargement of the butt joint cross-sections of the scattering web as indicated in the drawing, -the joint amperage are reduced to a minimum,
so that the secondary voltage drop at the rated current is correspondingly significantly smaller than with the previously used banbars.
For larger types of jacket transformers, where for some reason it would no longer be worthwhile to manufacture the partial sheets by means of a: cutting tool; :
the core and yoke plates made of rectangular. Sheet metal strips cut who the, as is given in. Fig. 9 for single-phase and in Fig. 10 for three-phase current.
With the help of a special tool, in this case the grooves of the spreading bar attachment An are made from:
punched out the sheets and then used the lugs provided with scatter sheets. The connecting yokes i1 and i2 are made from sheet metal of different widths and used alternately with an overlap. This arrangement also allows a transformer
in which the voltage drop becomes small with a substantial reduction in the copper cross-sections.
For the factory-made production of the iron body of small jacketed transformers, the most appropriate symmetrical, two-part sheet metal parts with overlapped approaches can then be used. Find use
where when inserting the stress bars the pieces c. are punched out of the sheets A by special tools, as shown in Fig. 4 for the part of the iron body which contains scatter sheets. The trays B obtained in this way with the:
Scatter bars are then shown in Fig. 3 @.
The drawn iron body of the jacket transform; atane for single-phase current can also be used. When using two identical iron bodies next to one another for a five- RTI ID = "0003.0246" WI = "19" HE = "4" LX = "1054" LY = " 2185 "> legged three-phase transformer with between the yokes and the:
Use cores inserted in grooves scattering sheets, as shown in Fig. 6 and 7, wherein the scattering sheets are provided with approaches that cause an enlargement of the butt joint transverse tendons and thus a reduction in the voltage drop.
In the case of five-legged three-phase transformers, the iron body can also be produced from cut sheet metal strips, the diffusion sheets provided with enlarged extensions being inserted into grooves in the core and yoke sheets, as shown in FIG.
This application of the spreading bars embedded in the grooves with an enlarged butt joint cross-section to reduce the short-circuit currents can be used in practically all single-phase jacketed transformers and five-legged three-phase transformers of any power,
However, with increasing power, a subdivision of the windings and the stray bars becomes necessary, as is shown in FIG. 1, l for single-phase current.
For certain purposes, if a very small voltage drop is required and an increase in the copper cross-section is undesirable, a further reduction in the voltage drop can be achieved by removing the sheets of the lateral yokes,
the cores and the spreading webs are punched out of a single piece, as shown in FIG.
The connecting yokes i.1 between the cores k and the lateral yokes i-, must then be able to be used for the assembly of the windings with overlapping butt joints if the iron body is to be provided with stray bars. For the remaining part of the iron body, in which there are no scatter plates,
sheets such as those shown in FIG. 4 can be used.
The drawn iron body .des jacket transformer for single-phase current can also be used for transformers in economy circuit (autotransformer), as shown in FIG.
Through experiments, see has shown that with the economy circuit by switching on a magnetic shunt between parts of the coherent winding, the phase position, the currents and the voltages are also reduced by a corresponding choice of the dimensions of the stray web, the short circuit security and the phase position -,
margins, which promises great advantages for certain purposes. The iron body for chip circuit transformers can be produced with both punched and cut sheet metal, as well as according to the embodiment of FIG. 8, depending on the purpose,
for which such transformers are intended.
