Description

  In der Zeichnung ist ein     Ausführungsbei-          spiel    der     Erfindung    in den     Fig.    1 bis 5 dar  gestellt.     Fig.    1 ist ein     Längsschnitt    durch die  gesamte Sicherungspatrone;     Fig.    2 ist     eine     Ansicht des     Patronenkörpers,    wobei der die  Lötsicherung tragende     Isolierteil    im     Schnitt     gezeichnet ist;     Fig.    3 ist eine     Draufsicht    auf  die Lötsicherung;

       Fig. 4 zeigt einen Längs- schnitt durch den die Schmelzleiter aufneh menden Patronenkörper; Fig. 5 ist ein Schalt schema.

      Loss of current fuse. The invention relates to such overcurrent-carrying fuses in which a soldering point is connected in parallel to a fusible link, in such a way that after the soldering point is opened, the fusible link has to take over the entire current and is made to melt through. Such backup conditions are known per se, but have so far only been made as a one-piece screw plug.

    The production of such screw plugs, in which the fusible conductor and the solder fuse are housed in one body, is associated with difficulties.

  According to the invention, these difficulties are eliminated in that the fuse body is designed in three parts and consists of one of the fusible conductors accommodating the cartridge body, an insulating sleeve that is pushed over it and carries the contact springs connected by solder, and a screw head.

   It is possible in this way, in the manufacture of the fusible conductor in the same way in the Pa tronic body and to attach, as is done with the cartridge body of two-part, from insert cartridge and screw head be existing fuses. The soldering fuse can initially be attached to an insulating part independently of the cartridge body and then combined with the cartridge body and the screw head.

  In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section through the entire fuse cartridge; Fig. 2 is a view of the cartridge body with the insulating portion carrying the solder fuse shown in section; Fig. 3 is a top plan view of the solder fuse;

       4 shows a longitudinal section through the cartridge body which receives the fusible conductor; Fig. 5 is a circuit diagram.

  The fusible conductors a and b are accommodated in a known manner in the cartridge body c in a melting channel filled with an arc-extinguishing 3 cup. The foot contact d is designed in the usual way. The Kontal,: tgewinde e is extended as a sleeve f over the upper part of the cartridge body c. The fusible conductors a and b are fastened to the contact caps g and la, which are isolated from one another. The contact thread e is electrically connected to the contact cap g.

    The production of the actual fuse cartridge according to FIG. 4 takes place in the usual way of the two-part melting cartridges.

  The solder fuse, which consists of the two con tact springs z and k, which are connected to one another by the solder joint nz, is attached to the sleeve-shaped insulating body n, which is pushed onto the upper part of the cartridge body c. The contact springs who held by the DZadscrews o and p in the insulating body ra, these grub screws are used at the same time for electrical connection.

   As from your circuit diagram after zig. can be seen, it says: the 1 screw p. which holds the contact spring i, with the sleeve-like extension f of the contact thread e in Ver connection. The thumb screw o, which holds the contact spring k firmly in the insulating body iz, is connected to the contact cap h, at #, rather the fusible conductor b is attached.

  The current flow is operationally following gender: @ 'on the contact threads e via the sleeve-like extension f via the cap g and the fusible link a, to the foot contact d. In parallel with this, a current runs through the loading screw p. the contact spring i., the soldering point in. the contact spring Z% the 3 loading screw o, the intermediate cap h over the fuse element b to the foot contact d.

   If the soldering point is heated so much with prolonged overcurrent that the solder melts. so spread the contact springs i. and 7 ,; apart, so that the current is interrupted at this point, whereby the fusible conductor b is also de-energized. The entire current flows only through fusible link a, which, however, after the fusible link connected in parallel has been switched off, is overloaded to such an extent that it melts through immediately. In the event of a short circuit, the soldering point has no time to address and the shutdown is taken over by the fuse elements a and b.

  The sleeve-shaped insulating body -rz is secured against rotating Ver on the cartridge body c by means of a 3 loading screw rq or the like. The screw head r is screwed onto the insulator n with thread s and is held in place by putty or the like so that it cannot be rotated.
