Description

Blind boards for shutters. The present invention relates to shutter boards for shutters.

Both of the known Jalousipibrottelien # of this type consist - the DTelizapfen with these from each one piece. As the vehicle has shown, the pivot pins rot relatively quickly, which makes the whole blind slab unusable.

In addition, when replacing the damaging board, each time the room and the shutter have to be dismantled, "whatever causes pleasant work and costs.

These disadvantages can be avoided with the blinds according to the invention. According to the invention, the pivot teeth of the Ulousle board consist of a piece of metal which is provided with a holding plate, the latter being set up for attachment to the blind board.

In the drawing, one possible embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in an example, namely: FIG. 1 shows a piece of a window shutter with little blinds in section along line II in FIG. 2, FIG. 2 shows a view of the shutter part shown in FIG. 1 in the direction of the arrow _A shown in FIG. i1,

with a paxtie in section, FIG. 3 shows a single pivot pin with retaining plate in section along the line III-III FIG. 4 in a FIG. 4 view of the pivot pin in the direction of the Seen in Fig. 3 arrow B and Fig. 5 A view of the Dr.elizapfens in RTI

ID = "0001.0060"> Direction of arrow C shown in FIG. 4 as seen.

In the example shown, 1 - denotes the frame of a window shutter with the adjustable louvre boards 2. The D pin 3 of the louvre boards are usually in Guides 7 of the frame 1 are rotatably mounted.

The pivot pins 3 are designed to be hollow and merge each into a holding plate 4, which has 2 white bent tabs 5 , the latter in , der B, efestigung81a4, - "e the Ja.loimicbrettelien -) overlap on their broad sides. The tabs 5 are provided with holes 6 , which are used to drive through fastening nails .

In order to prevent the nails from meeting when hammering in, the holes 6 in the two tabs are arranged slightly offset from one another. The pivot pins 3, retaining plates J and tabs # 5 consist of a single pressed piece made of aluminum, for example made of light metal.

The pivot pins described above are not only suitable for new shutters. but also, in an excellent way, for the "replacement of damaged wooden pivots" which, with the associated Talonsie board, usually consist of a handle.

If such misaligned pivot pins are to be replaced, the visually damaged pins are sawn off, whereupon the board can be removed from the frame 1. before. The remaining ones in the holes 7 of the frame are then left. a-bgoesawed tenon remains removed. The new metal pivot pins 3 are then inserted into the Bobraiigen 7 en of the frame on both sides and the.

Parts 4, 5 are expediently placed perpendicular to the rail plane, as shown in FIG. 1 with a dot-dash line. After this, the blind board, which is now loose, can be inserted effortlessly between the tabs 5 of the pivot.

The small board is then appropriately swiveled into the closed position, in which position the fastening brackets can easily be knocked through the holes 6 in the board, thus completing the entire repair. without the need to dismantle the frame. In addition, the new 31-talldre; h cones are significantly more resistant and durable than the earlier wooden cones.
