Description
Yis ä metaug. L'invention a pour objet une vis. ä me- taug qui est caracteris6e en ce que sa tige file- tk presente, sur une Partie de sa longueur, plusieurs paus longitudinaux abattant les fi- lets dans cette Partie, de maniere que cette Partie ait pour effet de tarauder un trou lisse pr6vu dans la piöce m6tallique destink ä re- cevoir la vis lors de la Premiere mixe en place de cette vis.
La vis selon 1'invention offre 1'avantage quelle remplit elle-meme la fonction @du ta- raud et evite ainsi 1e tmaudage prealable du trau ä 1'aide d'un taraud.
Le dessin annexe montre, ä, titre d'exem- ple, une forme d'exkution de 1'objet de 1'in- venHon.
La fig. 1 repr4ente cette forme Consti- tu6e par une vie ä tete, vue en elevation de face; les fig. 2 et 3 sont deux coupes suivant les lignes II-II, respectivement III-III de la fig. 1; Ja fig. 4 montre cette vis vue en e16va- tion, mais tournk de 90 par räpport ä la p osi itian de <B>,</B> la fig. 1, et engagk dann une pike m@Mallique.
La vis ä tete repr6sentk comprend une ehe 6 et une tige fileUe 7, ä filet triangu- laire. La Partie superieure de la tige 7 est cy- lindrique at comprend quelques filets com- plets, tandis que toute la Partie mediane et inferieure de la tige est 16gerement conique et prbsente quatre pans longitttdinaux dispo- ses suivant les faces dune Pyramide carrk, 1'extremite de 1a, tige kant pointue.
Les paus 8 abattent les filets dans la Par tie de la tige qu'ils int6ressent, ce qui a pour effet que cette Partie opere ä la manike d'un taraud, Tors de la Premiere mise en place de 1a. vis, en taraudant 1e trou cylindrique et Esse 9 destine ä recevoir la vis, comme re- pr6sent6 en fig. 4.
La tige pourrait comporter plus ou moins de Pans, par exemple trois ou plus de quatre. La vis; ä metaux dkrite peut etre fabri- qu6e avec ou sans tete, en partant, par exem- pie, dune vis normale ä, filet triangulaire, sur la tige filetée de laquelle on taillerait les pans.

- REVENDICATION: Vis à métaux, caractérisée en ce que sa tige filetée présente, sur une partie de sa lon gueur, plusieurs pans longitudinaux abattant les filets dans cette partie, de manière que cette partie ait pour effet de tarauder un trou lisse prévu dans la pièce métallique des-, tinée à recevoir la vis lors de la première mise en place de cette vis.
