Description

      Tavaillo u.

      Dans la     fig.    1, le     tavaillon    1 est pourvu,  sur chacun de ses bords longitudinaux d'un  rebord plat 2; dans la     fig.    2, le rebord 3 est  recourbé en arc de cercle vers l'intérieur du       tavaillon;    dans les     fig.    3 à 5, il n'y a pas  de rebord particulier; la déformation     canali-          satrice    de l'eau est constituée, dans la     fig.    3,  par des ondulations rectilignes 4;

      Tavaillo u. The tavaillons used up to this day for laying tiles are usually made of wood; as a result, they undergo alterations due to atmospheric influences and water which make them permanently unusable. Their fibrous constitution also exposes them to breakage.

  The present invention relates to a tavaillon made of a non-brittle and non-putrescible material, having deformations directed in the direction of its length and intended to channel water, and comprising at least one device allowing its flow. floor on a roof.

  The drawing represents, by way of examples and schematically, some embodiments of the object of the invention; figs. 1 to show five partial embodiments having different deformations; figs. 6 to 9 schematically show four embodiments which are distinguished from one another by their device allowing them to be mounted on a roof.

      In fig. 1, the tavaillon 1 is provided on each of its longitudinal edges with a flat rim 2; in fig. 2, the rim 3 is curved in an arc of a circle towards the inside of the tavaillon; in fig. 3 to 5, there is no particular edge; the channelizing deformation of the water is formed, in fig. 3, by rectilinear undulations 4;

   in fig. 4 by grooves 5 similarly recti lines and parallel to the longitudinal edges of the tavaillon and, in .la fig. 5, by sinuous undulations 6, but the general direction of which is also parallel to the longitudinal edges.

   It will be arranged, for example, so that, in the embodiments of FIGS. 3 and 5, the end edges of the corrugations constitute the edges 7 of the tavaillon, which could also be done in the case of the grooves; but it is also possible to adopt the way of doing things shown in FIG. 4 where a small flat rim limits the tavaillon on its long sides.

  In the tavaillon shown schematically in fig. 6, a device for mounting on a roof consists of either two holes 8 made from the long edges of the tavaillon, or by a single hole 9 made in the middle of the width of the tavaillon, in the vicinity of one of its small edges , and intended to receive fixing points.

    In fig. 7, a mounting device consists of side tabs 10 cut from the tavaillon and folded on the same side of the latter; in fig. 8, it is titi edge 11 taken over the entire width of the workpiece. Finally, in fig. 9, a tab 12 has been fixed towards the middle of the width of one of the sides of the tavaillon and in the vicinity of one of its small edges.

       All these tabs can be modeled on the profile of the underlying wood. It goes without saying that the tavaillons shown schematically in fig. (i to 9 also show deformations directed in the direction of their length, these deformations not being shown, as do the tavaillons of Figs. 1 to 5 also showing a device for their mounting on a roof.

  The profile of the cross section of the edges, the corrugations, the grooves and the deformations of the tavaillon in general can be of any kind. The tavaillon can be made of any non-breaking and non-potent material.
