Description

  

      .Auflegepolster    für Sitze und Rückenlehnen,     insbesondere    für Auto-Polster.    Gegenstand vorliegender     Erfindung    ist  ein Auflegepolster für Sitze und Rücken  lehnen, insbesondere für Autopolster. Das  Neue besteht darin, dass das Polster mit  einem luftdurchlässigen     Überzug    umschlossene  Schraubenfedern besitzt. Das neue Polster,  als Auflage auf den Sitz und die Rücklehne  eines Personenautos aufgelegt, macht in       heissen    Tagen das Fahren erträglicher.

   Das  luftdurchlässige Polster, wenn zum Beispiel       zwischen    Körperfläche und Plüschpolster  eingeschoben, verhindert eine übermässige       Schweissbildung    und lässt eine freiere At  mung der bisher luftabgeschlossenen Haut  flächen zu.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei  spiel des     Erfindungsgegenstandes    schema  tisch dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt als     Ausführungsbeispiel    ein  Sitz-     und        Rücklehnepolster    von der Seite ge  sehen, mit weggelassenem Überzug;       Fig.    2 ist eine Ansicht von oben, wäh  rend     _y    .         Fig.    3 bis 6 Details der als Füllmaterial  dienenden Federn zeigen.  



  Das Füllmaterial 1 besteht aus Schrau  benfedern 2, welche entweder     ineinanderge-          schraubt    sind     (Fig.    3) oder mittels Binde  glieder 3     (Fig.    4 bis 6)     zusammengehalten     werden. Die Federn 2 sind in     einem    Rahmen  5     eingespannt.     



  Da die     Federn    des Füllmaterials 1 nur  durch den Druck auf die Durchmesserflächen  der gewundenen Schraubenfedern 2, also  nicht auf die Steigung der Federwirkung  ausgeübt wird, ist es vorteilhaft, sofern       Bindeglieder    zum     Zusammenhalten    der einzel  nen Federstränge     vorgesehen    sind, zeitweisse  Schlaufen 4     (Fig.    6) in die     Federwindungen          einzulegen,    damit das Federmaterial     eine     grössere Dehnungsfähigkeit erhält.  



  Sitz- und Rückenauflage werden zweck  mässig gelenkig, zum Beispiel mit Schrauben  feder 6,     miteinander        verbunden,    und erst nach  Erstellung des     Federkernes    mit     einem    luft  durchlässigen     Überzug        versehen,    ohne irgend-      welches Polstermaterial wie Haar oder Ka  pok zu verwenden.

  The filling material 1 consists of helical springs 2, which are either screwed into one another (FIG. 3) or held together by means of binding members 3 (FIGS. 4 to 6). The springs 2 are clamped in a frame 5.



  Since the springs of the filling material 1 are only exerted by the pressure on the diameter surfaces of the coiled helical springs 2, i.e. not on the slope of the spring action, it is advantageous if connecting links are provided to hold the individual spring strands together, temporarily loops 4 (Fig. 6 ) to be inserted into the spring coils so that the spring material has greater elasticity.



  Seat and backrest are conveniently articulated, for example with coil spring 6, connected to one another, and only provided with an air-permeable cover after the spring core has been created, without using any cushioning material such as hair or Ka pok.
