Description

Fig. 9 einen Schnitt gemäss Linie V-V in Fig. 8 und Fig. 10 einen Schnitt gemäss Linie VI--VI in Fig. B.

Sewage treatment plant for the purification of waste water. The present invention is a sewage treatment plant for the mechanical purification of wastewater, which consists of at least one pit, the walls of which are composed of individual rings, which rings in turn contain the partitions necessary to separate the septic tank and settling chamber before assembly.

The invention makes it possible to design the sedimentation rooms that are customary in large, fixed sewage treatment plants in transportable forms, be it as so-called open, i.e. reaching to the water level, or as submerged sedimentation rooms with outlet slits for sinking sludge and floating sludge. This is achieved by putting the pit walls together from individual rings, which in turn contain the partition walls necessary to separate the septic tank and the sedimentation room.

the joints expediently being sealed during assembly or afterwards by smearing with suitable materials. It is of course necessary that the rings are always circular; rather, they can also have other forms. Such pits can be created in diameters of up to 2.50 m and above, whereby the individual elements can still remain transportable.

Various exemplary embodiments of the sewage treatment plant according to the invention are shown in the drawing. Show it:

1 shows a vertical section through a sewage treatment plant with submerged settling space, FIG. 2 shows a section along line II in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a vertical section through a sewage treatment plant with an open settling space, FIG. 4 shows a section along line II- lI in Fig. 3,

5 shows a vertical section through a second embodiment of a sewage treatment plant with a submerged settling space, FIG. 6 shows a section along line III-III in FIG. 5, FIG. 7 shows a section along line IV-IV in FIG. 5, FIG a section through a second embodiment of the sewage treatment plant with an open sedimentation room,

9 shows a section along line V-V in FIG. 8 and FIG. 10 shows a section along line VI-VI in FIG. B.

The sewage treatment plant according to FIGS. 1 and 2 consists of a pit, the walls of which are composed of the rings a "a2, a :, and a4. The lowest ring a1 has a bottom b. The top of the pit cavity forms the closure an upwardly tapering ring cl which is placed on the uppermost ring a4 and another likewise tapering ring c., the latter being closed by a cover. The tapering ring cl is provided with two inspection shafts e.

The inflow which opens into the i, n ring a4 and in front of which there is a baffle g in the pit is denoted by f. The drain is labeled h and in front of it there is a baffle i. Partition walls k separate the septic chamber from the sedimentation chamber, with an outlet slot 1 for the sinking sludge and a Outlet slot m are provided for the floating sludge. The partition wall sections form a single piece with the rings, where the assembly of the system is made easier.

A similar sewage treatment plant, but with an open settlement room, is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. The outlet slot for the floating sludge is of course no longer needed. Likewise, in the embodiment of a sewage treatment plant according to FIGS. 5, 6 and 7, the rings forming the pit are designated with a1, a2, a3, a4, a5.

The bottom b 'closes the pit at the bottom and the top end is formed by two upwardly tapering rings cl' and c2 ', of which the latter is closed off by a cover d . The ring cl 'has four inspection shafts ei' and e ,. The inflow is with f ', the baffle in the pit in front of it with g, the outflow with h.' and the baffle located in front of this is designated by l '.

Partition walls k1 'and k2' separate the septic tank from the sedimentation chamber, where an exit slot l 'for the sinking sludge is provided on both sides between the partition walls k1' and k2 and an exit slot in 'for the floating sludge is provided at the top between the partition walls k1'.

The sewage treatment plant according to FIGS. 8, 9 and i 0 corresponds to the prescribed sewage treatment plant with the only difference that the settling room is designed to be open. The corre sponding parts are denoted by the same Chen reference. Here too, however, the outlet slot for the floating sludge is omitted.

There could of course be a settling room that is submerged at the inlet and open at the outlet, or any other designed settling room, and a sewage treatment plant could consist of several pits.
