Description
Parkettboden.
Parquet floor. The opposite of the invention is a parquet floor. The parquet floor according to the invention is formed by parquet boards connected to one another by means of tongue and groove,
each of which is made up of a base plate made up of a frame and filling and a thin parquet layer fastened to the base plate, made of narrow straps.
An embodiment of the parquet floor according to the invention iat described with reference to the drawing, which represents a single panel of the relevant execution of the Bo dens.
It shows: FIG. 1 the parquet board from the top, FIG. 2 from the underside and FIG. 3 a part of the board from the front side, on a larger scale, partially in section.
The parquet board shown has two layers. The lower layer which forms a base plate is formed by a frame 2 made of hardwood with a filling consisting of narrow boards 1 laid next to one another, preferably made of softwood. Of the
Frame 2 has a groove 3 all around for receiving a wooden tongue which is used to connect the panels when they are being laid.
Between the neighboring boards, as well as between the boards and because the frame is left some play,
so that the table cannot spoil a throwing and bowls of the parquet bathing when the wood drifts and shrinks. The upper layer consists of a thin parquet layer made of narrow parquet straps 4,
which paralilel respectively to the sides of the table. are glued onto the latter at an angle to the filling bricks. Glue is used for gluing or gluing the thin parquet layer onto the underlay board.
Glue cement or an asphalt adhesive. The total thickness of the board can be 26 mm and the thickness of the top layer 10 mm.
The parquet board can be worn over its entire thickness, the thin parquet layer, so that Ida's relatively expensive parquet wood can be used completely. For the production of the boards 1 such l'arquet wood waste can be used,
which in most cases are only used as low-quality firewood. The panels can be made in the factory. They are then laid on the spot on an underlay and joined to one another in the process. For the production of the belts 4, all foreign and local woods used in the parquet industry can be used.
