Die Erfindung beseitigt die erwähnten Nachteile dadurch, @dass zur Befestigung der Haltevorrichtung an einem zum First senk rechten iSparren der Dachkonstruktion die Schrägleiste einen um die Dicke einer Glas platte verstärkten Fortsatz aufweist;
Holding device for glazing without putty or muntin. The invention relates to a HaltevoTrich- device for a putty and transom-free glazing, consisting of an inclined strip on which the beveled corners of two glass plates rest, a horizontal support strip and a removable cover plate for holding glass plates together.
A known holding device of this type is BEZW on horizontal slats. Hori zontal bars attached. As a result, only the horizontal joints of the overlapping glass plates on the horizontal battens lie conditions respectively. Bars, while the joints of the glass plates perpendicular to the ridge, which are difficult to hold tightly, have no support whatsoever and the glass plates only lie loosely on top of each other at these points
so that a seal (of the vertical joints is practically hardly possible. In addition, this known design has the disadvantage that at least two different designs of the holding device are necessary.
The invention eliminates the disadvantages mentioned in that the inclined strip has an extension reinforced by the thickness of a glass plate for fastening the holding device to a ridge perpendicular to the ridge of the roof structure;
the one with holes. for screws with countersunk Köp fen is provided, and which with the inclined part, the inclined strip forms an obtuse angle such that one side surface of the extension is used as a plant for a glass plate.
The invention brings a considerable simplification both in terms of the Her position, as well as in; Regarding the attachment of the holding device to an existing roof structure.
The invention can be used in particular for glazing on Hal sources, greenhouses, factories, workshops and shed roofs.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. It shows:
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a holding device attached to a ridge perpendicular to the ridge with the glass plates holding them, Fig. 2 to 4 front view, top view and side view of the cover plate of the Haltevor device according to FIG. 1, 5 and 6 front view and Side view of the inclined strip of the holding device, Fig. 7 to 9 front view, top view and side view of the horizontal support strip of the holding device,
FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a roof part composed of several glass plates with holding devices according to FIG. 1.
The holding device consists of the following parts: an inclined strip b, a horizontal right-hand support strip g and a cover plate 1. The inclined strip b has an extension c perpendicular to the ridge, which according to Fig f> Compared to the thickness of the inclined part of the inclined strip b has a reinforcement which corresponds approximately to the thickness of a glass plate.
This sloping ledge b is screwed onto a rafter a roof construction with Fbrtsatz c. For this purpose, holes e for screws with countersunk heads are provided in the extension c. The horizontal support bar g is arranged above the inclined bar b, and the cover plate 1 is located above this in turn. In the embodiment shown, the support bar g and cover plate 1 are conveniently sunk by a screw i. firmly connected.
If necessary, these two parts can also consist of a single piece. The connection between the sloping ledge b and cover plate 1 along with the support bar g is. provided by a screw bolt f on the sloping ledge b, with the nut of which the cover plate is firmly connected to the sloping ledge.
The position of the individual glass plates on the links of the holding device is. can be seen from FIG. On the rafter a. lies. the plate p so that this plate is under the inclined strip b. Above the plate p are the two glass plates q and r at the same height, the corners of which are sawn off so that they rest on the @ side surfaces t and u of the @ sloping, track @ e b.
The glass plate r is supported by the fact that it is supported on the one hand on the horizontal surface p of a reinforcement 1a on the horizontal support strip y and on the other hand with its vertical edge on the side surface w of the extension (the one with the inclined Part of the bar b forms an obtuse angle.
On the two glass plates q and r and the inclined strip b, c lies the glass plate s, which is supported on the horizontal surface x of the support strip g and at the same time against one to the ridge vertical surface w, which is formed by a reinforcement m on the cover plate l. It should also be mentioned that the lower end of the inclined strip b has a reinforcement d on which the cover plate l is supported.
The advantages of this training and fastening of the holding device shown on the rafters of the roof structure perpendicular to the ridge are to be seen in the fact that no additional posts are required, furthermore in that the existing rafters have large distances so that you can see relatively wide panes of glass and This results in relatively few vertical joints, which are relatively poorly sealed compared to the horizontal joints. are to be kept.
In the case of the holding device shown, this tight holding of the joints is further promoted by the fact that the overlapping glass plates rest on the rafters. According to FIG. 10, the glass plates are arranged according to the bad direction so that all vertical lines have the same overlap.
Seen in the direction of bad weather, which runs in the direction of arrow A, the glass plate s is above the plate r and this in turn is above the plate R. As a result, the plate q lies above the glass plate p. This is again above the plate P. This scale-like arrangement of the glass plates makes it possible to get along with a single holding device according to FIG.
