Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhaltigen Farbstoffes.    Nach dem Hauptpatent erhält man     einen     neuen     chromhaltigen    Farbstoff,     wenn    man       4-Nitro-2-aminophenol-6-sulfonsäure    mit       Salicylaldehyd    umsetzt und die entstehende       Azomethinverbindung        mit        einem    chromab  gebenden Mittel behandelt.  



  Es wurde     nun    gefunden, dass man eben  falls einen neuen     chromhaltigen    Farbstoff  erhält, wenn man     4-Nitro-2-aminophenol-6-          sulfonsäure        mit        2-Oxy-l-naphthaldehyd    um  setzt und die entstehende     Azomethinverbin-          dung    mit einem     chromabgebenden    Mittel be  handelt.  



  Man kann auch hier sowohl bei gewöhn  lichem, als auch bei erhöhtem Druck arbeiten.  Der neue Farbstoff kann zum Färben von  Wolle, Seide, Leder, Baumwolle oder Kunst  seide verwendet werden. Er     ist    auch zum  Färben in saurem Bade geeignet.         Beispiel:          Man    kocht 23,4 Teile     4-Nitro-2-amino-          phenol-6-sulfonsäure,    28 Teile kristallisiertes         Natriumacetat    und 17,2 Teile     2-Ogy-1-          naphthaIdehyd    mit 800     Teilen    Wasser und  gibt eine     Chromformiatlösung    zu, die 9 Tei  len Chromoxyd entspricht.

   Nach mehrstündi  gem Kochen     kristallisiert    der chromhaltige       Farbstoff    aus. Nach .dem Erkalten der  Lösung saugt man ihn ab und trocknet ihn.  Er färbt Wolle     in        braunstichig    orange Tönen.

  Here, too, you can work with both normal and increased pressure. The new dye can be used to dye wool, silk, leather, cotton or artificial silk. It is also suitable for dyeing in an acid bath. Example: 23.4 parts of 4-nitro-2-aminophenol-6-sulfonic acid, 28 parts of crystallized sodium acetate and 17.2 parts of 2-Ogy-1-naphthaldehyde are boiled with 800 parts of water and a chromium formate solution is added which Part of chromium oxide corresponds.

   After several hours of boiling, the chromium-containing dye crystallizes out. After the solution has cooled down, it is suctioned off and dried. It dyes wool in brownish orange tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen chromhaltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 4-Nitro-2-aminophenol-6- sulfonsäure mit 2-Oxy-l-naphthaldehyd um setzt und die entstehende Azomethinverbin- dung mit einem chromabgebenden Mittel behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff färbt Wolle in braun stichig orange Tönen.
