Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserlöslichen     Azofarbstoflfes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser  löslichen     Azofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist  dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man     diazotiertes          2-Chlor-4-nitranilin    mit dem sauren     Phos-          phorigsäureester    des     Oxyäthyln)ethylar)ilins     kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein dunkles,  in Wasser gut lösliches Pulver dar und färbt       Acetatseide    in blaustichig roten Tönen.

Die Kupplung wird durch  Zusatz von     Natriumacetatlösung    bis zur essig-    sauren Reaktion beendet. Der     Farbstoff    fällt  als dunkles Pulver an und wird nach dem  Absaugen bei mässiger Temperatur getrocknet.  Er ist in Wasser gut löslich und färbt aus  der     wässrigen    Flotte in Gegenwart von  Glaubersalz     Acetatseide    in blaustichig roten  Tönen.

   Die     Ätzeigenschaften    und     Nassecht-          heiten    sind gut. Gegen     Acetatseidenborken-          krepp    zeigt er ein gutes     Durchfärbevermögen.
