Description
Drainage system in the soil of trees. The invention relates to a drainage system in the floor of rooms such. B. basements, laundry rooms, light shafts and the like. According to the invention, a bucket serving as a sludge collector is removably inserted into an embedded in the ground What serablass, which has communicating spaces which are arranged in the manner of a siphon so that the bucket filled with water acts as an odor trap.
In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention is shown in vertical section.
A denotes a water outlet, which has a pipe socket A in its upper part for connection to a water drainage: for this purpose, the outlet A is to be placed in the bottom of the relevant drainage space.
The bucket B, which is intended as a sludge collector, is placed in the outlet A, which sits freely on an inner rim of the outlet A by means of an upper outer edge flange and carries a loosely attached sieve cover D through which the water can flow into the bucket B, to flow through the pipe socket A to the water drainage. The bucket B is divided into two communicating spaces by a wall C, so that the bucket with the help of the amount of water retained in it, when the wall C is immersed in it,
acts like a siphon as an odor trap so that no gases can escape from the water drainage into the drainage space.
After the sieve cover D has been lifted off, the bucket B can be lifted out of the outlet A by means of a swivel handle B1 provided on its upper part. This as well as the subsequent insertion of the bucket B into the drain A and the sieve lid D into the bucket B can be carried out quickly and easily because between there is no fixed connection to be loosened and established for the parts mentioned.
After the bucket B has been lifted out of the drain A , the same can be easily emptied; the exposed drain A can easily be rinsed by means of a rinsing hose to be inserted, and the rinsing hose can be attached directly to the pipe socket A1 so that the water jet is fed to the water drainage with the appropriate pressure for the purpose of rinsing the same.
