Description

Heat-insulating and sound-absorbing component, in particular for the construction of doors, walls, furniture, cladding and the like. Components are already known whose filling consists of a large number of corrugated cardboard layers laid on top of one another or from a rolled-up corrugated cardboard strip, with the end faces of a sol Chen winding or the two sides of the cardboard layers through a suitable cover plate, for. B. plywood are covered.

Such components have a certain insulation against sound and heat, but are not sufficiently resistant for the construction of walls or panels because they have a relatively low mechanical resistance. The corrugated board namely has a low mechanical compressive strength in both the transverse and longitudinal directions of the waves.

The invention relates to a construction element, the heat-insulating and sound-absorbing filling from parallel Nebeneinan the laid and glued sleeves, z. B. made of paper, cut pieces of reed, straw or the like, the end faces of which by a cover plate, for. B. wood panel, in particular plywood panel, are covered, possibly with the interposition of an insulating layer.

For the cover plates, instead of plywood, it is advantageous to use simple fournieres that are placed on the mentioned insulating layer and, if necessary, glued on.

By forming the filling from sleeves and connecting the sleeves to each other, he keeps a mechanically relatively resistant whole in the longitudinal direction of the sleeves, from which building panels of any size can be made, which are optionally provided with a frame.

The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows a front view and partially diagrammatically part of a door leaf with some layers broken away, and FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line II-II in FIG.

According to the drawing, the filling layer 1 consists of parallel juxtaposed, glued together paper sleeves possibly of unequal diameter, as they are available for example in the form of Vigognespulen as a waste product in textile factories. This layer is covered on both sides with a layer 2 of light, relatively porous cardboard, which closes the sleeves 1 at the end and is glued to their end faces with a suitable adhesive. An outer veneer 3 or several veneers glued together are also glued to this cardboard layer 2.

If a door wing is to be built from such a plate, the same is provided with a wooden frame 4 on the circumference. This can either be designed in such a way that the cardboard layer 2 protrudes over the filling layer 1 and fits into the frame fold 5, or the frame does not need to have such a fold, in which case it extends over its entire thickness to the dashed line 6 . The Fournier 3 is chosen so large that it also covers the frame 4.

A plate produced in this way is mechanically extremely resistant, very light, completely flat and does not deform.
