Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Benzolsulfamidderivates. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes bildet ein Verfahren zur Darstellung des im Patent Nr. 210776 beschriebenen Benzolsulf- amidderivates, welches dadurch gekennzeich net ist, dass man ein Acydsulfanilsäureamid mit einem 2-Halogen-pyridin umsetzt und die erhaltene Verbindung mit hydrolis.ieren- den Mitteln behandelt.
Die Reaktion wird in An- oder Abwesen heit von indifferenten Lösungsmitteln zweck mässig in Gegenwart eines Katalysators und/od,er säurebindenden Mittels wie z. B. Kupferpulver, basischen Mitteln z. B. Alka- lien; wie Pottasche und demgl. vorgenommen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Eine Mischung von 22 Teilen p-Acet- aminobenzol-su,Ifamid, 14 Teilen trockenem Kaliumcarbonat, 16 Teilen 2-Brompyridin und 0,5 Teilen gupfempulver werden im Ölbad innert 1 Stunde von<B>150'</B> auf 200 er hitzt.
Nach dem Erkalten wird die Schmelze in Wasser gelöst, filtriert und durch Zusatz von Säure das 2-(p-Acetamsnobenzalsulf- amido@)-pyridin gefällt. Das 2-(p-Amino- benzoilsulfamida)-pyridin kann in üblicher bVese durch saure oder alkalische Verseifung gewonnen werden.
