Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Kondensationsproduktes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen Kondensationsprodukt     gelangt,    wenn  man     ,u-IHeptadecyl-benzimidazol    in Gegen  wart einer Säure mit     Methylolchloracetamid     umsetzt und das so erhaltene Produkt mit       Pyridin    behandelt.  



  Als Säure wird     zweckmässig        konzentrierte     Schwefelsäure     verwendet.     



  Das neue Kondensationsprodukt bildet  eine feste Masse, die in Wasser unter starkem  Schäumen löslich ist und     kapillaraktive    Ei  genschaften besitzt. Es kann als     Tegtilhilfs-          stoff    verwendet werden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  16     Teile,u-Heptadecylbenzimidazol    wer  den bei etwa 20' gelöst in 70 Teilen     kon-          zentrierter        Schwefelsäure.    Hierauf werden  unter Rühren bei etwa. 10   7     Teile    fein pul  verisiertes     Methylolchloracetamid    eingetragen       und    über Nacht bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur       weiter        gerührt.    Nach dem Eintragen in Eis  wasser,     Filtrieren,    Auswaschen     und    Trocknen  mit Wasser erhält man das Reaktionsprodukt    als eine weisse pulverige Masse.

   Dieselbe       wird    mit überschüssigem     Pyridin    auf dem  siedenden Wasserbade     verrührt,    bis eine  Probe in Wasser löslich ist. Nach dem Ab  destillieren des im Überschuss angewandten       Pyridins        unter    vermindertem Druck     stellt     das neue Kondensationsprodukt eine     feste     Masse dar, die in     Wasser        unter    Schäumen  löslich ist und     kapillaraktive    Eigenschaften       besitzt.

  <I> Example: </I> 16 parts of u-heptadecylbenzimidazole are dissolved in 70 parts of concentrated sulfuric acid at around 20 '. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man ,u-Heptadecylbenzimidazol in Gegenwart einer Säure mit Methylolchlor- acetamid umsetzt und das so erhaltene Pro dukt mit Pyridin behandelt. Das neue Kondensationsprodukt bildet eine feste Masse, die in Wasser unter Schäu men löslich ist und kapillaraktive Eigen schaften besitzt. Es kann als Tegtilhilfsstoff verwendet werden.
